Evan was the employee who helped me when I came in for my oil change. He was so friendly and courteous and made my time in there quick and efficient. Josh was the technician who worked on my car and he did a wonderful job! I will be coming back for a couple other things, but they are legit and don’t try to upsell you.

I was an employee at this store, as such i won't say anything bad about the employees at this store. They are all decent people who will try and help you out while doing their jobs. If you look at the reviews for this location you will see my name a few times and will see that I tried to help out my customers. If you look at the reviews for the tire kingdom on fowler near 56th street you would see my name a lot on reviews from customers I helped out. Now I am going to tell you that I lost my job with this company because of a personal vendetta the new regional manager had with the previous store manager whom I consider a friend and had a connection with. Joe (a.k.a. a real P.O.S. of a human being) will try and spin the story another way to make everyone else look bad and make himself look good. That said having worked for the company I never talked to anyone who had a real positive opinion of Joe. I barely know the guy only briefly met him. The time i met him I got the impression of someone who is entirely fake and he gives off that slimey salesman vibe. I hope everyone reading this doesn't have the misfortune of dealing with him. Have a good day and choose where you take your car wisely.

Dave really came through for me in a pinch. I was putting air in my tire and the tire stem broke, immediately deflating the tire. The shop was closing but Dave fit me in and got me on my way. Incredible service!

11/16/2024 I went to this shop to simply get an alignment done. After setting up my appointment the day before for 8am. I arrived at the shop on time. Waited to get my vehicle alignment done. After waiting for about an hour until about 9:05am. The gentleman comes in and calls me out to tell me “you need new tires” I asked, “what does that have to do with an alignment, I don’t want new tires, I just want an alignment man. I’ll get new tires a different day. My car need alignment it’s drifting pretty bad to the left and right.” The gentlemen told he “I won’t do the alignment unless you get new tires” How dare you try and force me to get new tires even if I need them, your job is to give the customer what they they came in for, not try to upsell them. HORRIBLE customer service. I also heard one of the reps trying to sell a lady 4 tires on a sedan for $800+. This place is horrible. $200/tire that’s high way robbery. This shop is horrible I will never come back to mavis and I rarely make bad reviews. Not the first time they did me like this. All I needed was an alignment and you guys tried to force me to get new tires just to get the alignment. An unethical practice.

I brought my car in for a slow leaking tire. I made an appointment and was helped as soon as I came in. They took my car back and within 30 minutes I was told it was just a leak from a nail and had it patched for free by Evan (not me, different Evan). Awesome guy, great service.

Amazing experience! Came in to get a new tire (caught a flat with hurricane Milton... thanks Milton!). Was dreading coming in (thinking they would be pushy or try to upsell me etc etc). However it was such a seameless and great experience. I honestly felt as if they were looking out for me vs taking advantage. I was greeted by Kareem who was awesome, and helped out by David. David did a phenomenal job explaining what I needed and answered some questions I had. I'm absolutely coming back for my oil change over here or for whatever additional needs my car may need. I hear that Jay is the manager, Jay you are doing great with who you hire!! Thanks again! I highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! Thanks Carlos, very professional young man. He even educated myself and the husband. We were always taught to put new tires on the front. He educated us why is important to put then on the back. The stability & traction is what controls the car especially in bad weather doesn't matter if AWD, FWD, or RWD. He also explained where to find date of manufacture on the tires. Why that date is important especially for us Floridan. I was going to go down the street to another tire shop but I'm thrilled that I stopped at this one. I would not have been educated in this way. I totally recommend this store. Carlos is friendly, kind, and professional. I need 2 more tires and i will be returning to this location.

I am so very greatful and blessed to have found this needle in a haystack so to speak.. Jay worked on my car and was more than helpful and accommodating and my car wasn’t easy peasy .. but he refused to quit until all was well .. a solid 10 out of 10 and will absolutely refer to everyone I know .. ty for all your hard work and dedication..

I had a disappointing experience with this shop. I was pushed to buy a more expensive tire than I intended. I also paid for an alignment, but after dropping off my work van, they called me 20 minutes later to say it didn’t fit their alignment machine and I had to pick it up. Overall, I felt like the communication could have been much better, and the situation wasn’t handled professionally. They just don’t want to do the job, 2019 Mercedes Sprinter.

I just have to take the time to say that Jay is a spectacular worker there. He deserves so much recognition for really taking the time to let his customers know that he cares about their issues and resolving them. I will definitely always be coming to see him when my car has an issue. I highly recommend this location and seeing Jay for any issues you might need with your car!!

Karen and Tony are the best. I got my alignment there and went back because I thought it felt not straight but they showed me it certainly was. They have taken Great care of me and my car and I will always return to Mavis on Fletcher. I appreciate their work and honesty.

This is my go to establishment for any of my car needs. The staff and service provided here are consistently exceptional. Their pricing is fair, and they demonstrate a high level of efficiency. We’ve gone here for 2 different cars in my household in the last month! They are really good- honest, and jumped right on what we needed. I got 2 replacement tires & another car with a new battery. Didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need & got the work done quickly. This is our new place to go in Nee Tampa to get stuff for the cars done!
