This is the worst tire shop in Sacramento the business owner improperly put my tires on my 2022 vehicle. When I pulled off there was a clicking noise due to the bolts not being on properly mind you I have two kids in the car 🙃 the owner began to scream at me and refuse to fix the problem until I threated to sue due to the damage on my car they are extremely unexperienced and unprofessional NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Would not recommend this place. Pricing is not ideal for a tire plug. But mainly their service, the guy who pulled my car into the shop today had my windows down on and it was pouring rain outside. The guy was told by another employee to go dry my car and he didn’t put any effort into drying it at all. He just smeared the water all over my seats and did not attempt to dry my door. There was no reason for him to roll down my windows on a rainy day especially when my stuff is in the front seat, and now they are soaking wet.

Never go here!! Asked for an inspection, refused to do it. Mechanic mocked me and laughed in my face, as I was explaining the issue to another mechanic. NOT WOMEN FRIENDLY

They told me (I thought) what the problem was with my car and that they could fix it. I agreed and my (total) cost to have my car repaired was about $300. When I left, my problem was not fixed; and indeed it was worse (then before). I took my car back and now they wanted another (about) $550.00 for repairs; of which, for about an hours worth of labor was nearly $400 in labor charges. Labor I might add, like the last work they did for me did NOT involve a mechanic. They, then and now - had one of their (e.g.) $15.00 Tire Busters do the labor. On top of that I found the owner doesn't listen (at all), is rude and I would give this place a minus sub Zero rating if I could.

We needed tires for one of our cars. Called 3 shops and Max Tires had the best out the door price and was able to get us in and out in about 1 hr. We have been here before for flats and replacement tires. They are always great to work with.

The tires I've purchased from this dealer have consistently failed to last more than six months. In just one year, I've experienced three flat tires after replacing them. It appears they are selling old tires while claiming they are new.

Great quality service. They had me in and out in a short amount of time. Ensured that all holes were sealed on my tire and then proceeded to check the pressure on the rest of my tires. Fair price as well!

Absolutely best service they were really nice all I needed was a plug but turned out my tire wasn’t repairable so I got a new one which was much cheaper than all the other shops that I went to 100% recommend great and fast service was out in like 30 mins only making sure I come back

I brought my 3 series BMW in last week needing new wheels. (I had 2 bent) and I also had bad shaking so I requested an alignment. I left my car and then received a call with the friendly guy letting me know I needed new control arms as well. (Which I wasn’t surprised, I had hit a huge pothole which gave me a flat a while back) They answered all my questions before I decided to proceed forward with the work. Everything was done that same day. I am very happy with my new rims and tires. They showed me (gave me a printout) of the bad alignment I had. I’ve had my car for several days now, and it drives so much better now. No shaking. I forgot to mention, I had a tire replaced and axel at another shop, which was recommended to fix my shaking problem and it didn’t so this was why I came here to Max Tires after a friend suggested. I’m so glad I did. I’ll be back (hopefully I don’t need to soon) next time I need. Highly recommend!

I’m a mechanics kid. Growing up my dad told me reasonable pricing what scams to look out for. Came here thinking I needed a patch but they showed me the tire and the wear on it and said I needed a new one. Told me 102.88 so I was like okay and how much is labor. That was the full price 102.88 for a brand new not used tire and labor. My dad’s shop which is reasonable for where we live, new tire is easily 200 without labor costs. So 102.88 for the brand new tire and labor? Godsent. The guys were friendly. Gave a price breakdown had me in and out in under thirty minutes. I have this place in my saved location now for my car needs.

Brought my Tundra in for an alignment today and it was all good until strangely my air bag light came on when I was leaving. I returned to let them know and the big bearded clown in the front desk that acts like a tough guy (probably the owner) just became completely negative when i explained the situation. I'm very mechanically inclined and dont think it will be challenging for me to fix it but it's sad how you can lose a customer just because you think you know it all and dont even want to try to solve a problem caused by your "technicians" , hell even an apology would've probably worked for me but he went straight to defensive and attack mode before I even explained anything 😂😂😂 . I guess I should've read the bad reviews before coming for that alignment. I'll take it as a lesson for not researching before. Hope this helps some of you before you make the same mistake I did.

I bought all four brand new tires there not very long ago and because of some personal issues I haven’t been driving very much. But what has me annoyed is I keep going back for nails or leaks. I can’t say nothing wrong with owner he was awesome and went above and beyond but something has to give I should have to go back this much please help me figure it out?

I went here a few days ago to get my car repaired. I found them very nice, professional and respectful. This particular review is about my recent visit. They repaired my Honda Pilot very well. I got some suspension related work done by them. They were very cheap compared to a few other shops I visited before I came here. They did a great job and I am a happy customer 😊. I went in for a flat repair but the tire was too far gone. They sold me a set of used tires that cost about 1/4 the price of new tires from the big box tire shop up the street. One of the tires turned out to be flat-spotted and when I went back they swapped out the tire right away. I couldn't be happier with the service and the price.

Manager very rude and disrespectful. No customer service skills at ALL! Good Managers should try to resolve issues, not yell and get controversial with customers. NO RESPECT!! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

Nice dudes I showed up at closing time and needed two tires mounted and balanced they stayed a little late and took care of me much appreciated good technician knew what he was talking about and pointed up some things I need to address in the future without trying to push a further sale on me I would definitely refer my friends and family ...great tire shop
