I couldn’t be happier! my pleasure had to check engine light on. Stopped at AutoZone and discovered that the thermostat had a problem. When I went to Maxi auto repair it was based on high ratings that I had seen online. The staff at Maxi was very knowledgeable nice and informative. During the process they sent me pictures of diagnostics, they kept me informed the entire time, and the car was ready when it was Towed that it would be ready. I will go back there anytime I need service!

I took my truck to Maxi because the engine light and another light came on. They said it might be the transmission but they checked it and it was nothing. They are SO HONEST!!! They are the ONLY place l will be taking my truck from now on. I was taking it to Arlington Toyota but not anymore because they kept ripping me off.

Amazing group of guys here that I had the pleasure of dealing with. I had a problem I created on my own and after calling 15 different places, the team here was extremely kind and accommodating to help me correct it! It’s been awhile since I have experienced an auto repair shop that exemplifies integrity and weren’t trying to swindle or take advantage of their customers! This was my first experience and I will certainly be calling them first for any auto needs moving forward! A special shout out to Joe and Ron who were the main two I dealt with and made this experience so great!

I was very scared to get work done to my car, had bad experiences at other mechanics on a previous car. They did a good job. Didn't have to wait days. The work is not cheap so you are paying for quality and peace of mind. I was very skeptical when getting my car back. I even went back to have them recheck some concerns I had. They even texted me weeks later to make sure I didn't have have any problems since the repairs.

Came here for alignment on my car after couple other shops declined to try because my car is slightly lowered. I Called and spoke to of the guys at the front desk, he told me to bring it in to see if it would fit on their alignment lift. I went next day and they did alignment within hour of checking in. LJ was the guy that performed my alignment and he did awesome job. I will be coming back for all my car needs. Highly recommended.

I had a pleasant experience working with Maxi Auto Repair, from the front desk to those who put in the work to communicate what the current problem was, as well as provide recommendations for upcoming service. I also felt that the quality of work and service was fairly priced and far better than most dealerships in the area, that would perform similar work. Maxi Auto. Large honorable quote from the reknown Christian Pastor and author, Chuck Swindol posted on the wall concerning wisdom, integrity and attitude in service to customers. Great coffee, free. Mechanic shop immaculately organized and clean. Professional computerized photo diagnostic service sent to your email to promote transparency. Sincerity and promise of service at the counter. Be aware. All that glitters is not gold. The details are not necessary, for I went in for the computerized diagnostics on my newly bought used vehicle, which I received after paying $195. Yet even that fell short since I was unable to view the pictures of the Major problem from the inspection. What was repugnant to me was the lying and inconsistencies having dealt with 3 persons, Justin, Adam and Ken. Be certain to record your conversations with Justin. I actually felt traumatized by his blatant lies representing the conversation we had earlier in the day. I was reminded of a Scripture I had studied earlier this morning in prayer, that they "reward evil for good to the spoiling of the soul." I was honest, upfront, communicative and clear about everything I sought from these mechanics - to include an in person visit of introduction for myself and my car, which was when I made the appointment. Perhaps they are great mechanics, but I am absolutely sure I will not find that out. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: Therein lies the lie- the last paragraph of the response. While I defer to all you said before that paragraph (you are entitled to defend your business), the Truth and fact of the matter is : 1. I had contact with Adam on two phone calls prior to purchasing the vehicle, due to a referral and to confirm my intent in determining my vehicle's health. I was unable to get the diagnosis before purchase due to liability issues on your part and the seller. 2. Ken received the introduction of myself and my car. Ken's professional opinion after a good description of the service I was to get, declared that the diagnosis would be complete by 11 or 12 noon if I brought my car in first thing. There was only one vehicle there when I went in at 7:30 am. 3. I did not worry, and was at peace until I looked at the clock and it was 2:45 pm and had not heard a word from anyone ( I was monitoring the clock since 12:30 pm based on what Ken said) . I waited 5 minutes and called. (Now this is where I became upset)I was told by Adam that the car was just taken out for a test drive, meaning that the diagnosis had not been started - I queried him, he did not challenge my understanding, but said I need to speak to Justin who is leading the test. He put me on hold. The phone went dead after 5 minutes waiting. I called back and Justin took the call and said what Adam said that it just went out for testing, and again did not challege my understanding that they had just begun( and the truth is they did do the diagnosis but made me believe that they did not). Justin suggested I leave the car overnight. Told him I can't, need it for work. He said ok he will continue working it. We ended the conversation (again, truth is they were done but even then made me believe they were not) I lost confidence in them after we hung up. I immediately called back and told them that I was coming for my car. He said ok. I was there within 20 minutes and walla, sure enough it was done! That is why I was upset. It's the lie and deception by two of your advisors. To this day I believe them to be deceitful liars as a result. Justin denies this account and sited Adam as being privy to conversation. Not. I stand by mu account in the presence of God. How can I show grace when the lie stands? If grace is never discussing this matter again, never doing business and allowing you to believe Justin did not lie and deceive, supported by Adam, even in silence, then you can have your grace, for whatever that's worth. REVIEW UPDATE Oct 15 2024: My vehicle was restored by Coggin Ford. While I stand by the narrative of my experience, Ford confirmed the 99.9% accuracy of Maxi's diagnosis.

My experience with this shop has been amazing. My partner had a wonderful experience which is why I decided to go there when my car started overheating. The team is so nice - huge shoutout to Adam, Ron, and Joe. They were so patient with me and answered all my questions without judgement (which let me tell you, being a young woman going into a mechanic shop when you know minimal info, is very anxiety inducing already). They even provided me a ride to pickup my car when my partner had to work late. I will for sure be going back whenever I need anything done on my car!

**Highly Recommend Maxi Auto!** I recently had an issue with my truck after a catalytic converter theft. Another shop attempted to fix it, but the loud noise from the exhaust never went away, and I figured that was just how it was going to be. However, I came across Maxi Auto and noticed all the positive reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. From the start, the team at Maxi Auto was extremely organized, professional, and helpful. They didn’t try to push any unnecessary charges, which I really appreciated. Not only did they find the issue, but they also took the time to show me exactly what was wrong, something the previous shop didn’t do. Now, my truck sounds like it’s supposed to, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I will definitely be returning for any future needs.

Rare these days to find a place that is honest and providing amazing service. Will bring all of our future auto needs to Maxi Auto Repair given this one fantastic experience and assistance provide by Adam and team at Maxi. I was out of town for work and my 20yo daughter calls in a bit of a panic as her side (not main cover) under carriage cover on her Hyundai Veloster came loose and was dragging the ground. While the vehicle is a 2020, this would not be considered something covered by warranty (even though IMO it should not have come off as normal wear and seems like a fault with design). Dealer was going to take several days to look at it and quoted range of $400-$700 for repair. The OEM part is $132 and can get after market for around $50. Spoke with Adam who knew exactly what I was referring to and was able to get my daughter in later the same day after she was done with her classes. He was not expecting to find much and noted it would likely be a very quick fix to reattach. She got her vehicle over there and within 5 minutes the issue was resolved. Thank You Maxi Auto Repair!!

Seems to be quality work and decent mechanics. However, I would be very skeptical about pricing. Recently lost the ability to service my truck myself, so I got an estimate for a fluids service from Maxi that was absolutely ridiculous and was 60% higher than it was 6 months ago at their own shop. “The economy” was the excuse. The economy isn’t at the point where a front and rear diff fluid service is $650. I have yet to find how the synthetic gear oil for the job could cost more than $120 in parts. Called Tuffy and got a price of $216 for the diff service. As far as Maxi goes, a proposed bill of $930 for an oil change, diff fluid service, and tire rotation/balance will never be reasonable. Will not be returning.

Took my van to get fixed, was leaving the state so couldn't wait any longer after I got it back 2 months later. Hooked the second battery backwards. After $3k plus youd expected the vehicle to be done right. This is the only shop I have ever been where they charge you by the hr to diagnose the problem too.
