I came here to get a custom exhaust system installed and hands down the worst “professionals” I have ever encountered. Let me give you the run down, first of all I have a dual exhaust and there are no exhaust tips it’s just pipes coming out the back and there two different shapes and sizes lmao looks like they tried to hammer them to at least be the same shape but ones oval and the others 1.5” smaller and round also sounds horrible. I have gone back and tried to get them to not only fix this but there is obviously metal on metal and rattling sounds at mid rpm’s which was dismissed as “raspiness” even though it sounds like a soda can full of Pennie’s on a freaking bmw! Hands down ruined my car I am unhappy every time I drive and hear my car. They refuse to fix it and tried charging me $100s of dollars just to put one of the old exhaust components back on. They do not do good work at all surprised they are still in business. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else they’ll have your car sounding like a soda can full of Pennie’s with two different size exhaust tips at least they should cut the pipes before the exhaust hole and weld on simetrical tips it would take 20 minute just an example of the quality of this work. Ps did not pass inspection due to what they did to my car and they refuse to give me my money back.

Raul and James did a great job taking care of my vehicle while acknowledging me consistently on the automotive problems. I most definitely recommend! I had my catalytic converter were cut off of my truck I at first thought my exhaust pipe came loose when they raised my truck in the air they showed me that someone had cut them off and they showed me that I had an oil leak from my valve covers and that my rack and pinion was about to fall off so I told them to fix everything and they did for reasonable price I will my truck back to them when it needs service.

I have used this car care center about 3 times and have received great service each time I found them because I lived in the area and it was convenient but I have since moved and will still make the trip to bring my car here because they are friendly and provide great service and their prices are reasonable I would recommend anyone looking for service to bring their cars here!

Always get vehicles looked at and completed, if any issue comes up afterthought complete repair, they stand behind their work and correct it. Staff are great and friendly.

I was referred here by a friend, and I will now refer everyone I know to go here. I have never received this level of caring customer service from any other business. To say that Raul went above and beyond is an understatement. I originally took my car into the dealership for a 4WD issue. They said the part was on a 6 month back order and the safest option was to trade it in before it led to a transmission issue. I wanted to get a second opinion and my friend told me to take it to Mayco. I explained my situation to Raul and he immediately spent the next 30 mins calling every shop he knew before eventually finding me a replacement part. They had the repair done by the next afternoon and Raul even stayed 15 mins late so I could make it over there and pick it up! I will be taking my car to Mayco for everything from now on.

This is a one if a kind place. Raul was caring and concerned and most of all very honest with me. I had a bad experience with another place and my car needed much help. Raul and his team got to it right away. They checked it out completely and found the problem. They fixed it in same day and saved me. Now I can safely drive my car again! These guys are very very good..a rarity for sure. I want them to be my mechanics from now on. This team is special and worth every dime! I have trust in them and will be back for normal maintenance now. And this honesty is hard to find these days so I want to hold on to this team! And Raul is extremely knowledgeable and shares it. I came in during my lunch work break to get my vehicle inspected. This was my very first time here and I felt totally taken care of! The front desk was extremely nice and professional. I was able to get comfortable in their lobby, and waited about 10 or 15 minutes and my car was good to go. I will definitely be back, and will absolutely recommend this place to my family & friends!!!
