The center is run by one guy now (according to him). I dropped off my car at 0750 for an oil change ONLY and he said it would be done in a few hours based on his current business for the day. I said great, I will pick up at 1600. I call at 1550 and ask for the status on my car. He says he'll be done in 20 minutes (this tells me he hasn't touched my car all day and I just reminded him). I arrive at 1600 and he finishes at 1630 and rings me up. I ask him why it took so long - I was expecting to pick up at 1600. He said it only took him "a little longer" and made excuses about the car before mine having more issues than expected. He said he always gets the cars done by the time the person says they'll pick up though - I told him but you didn't. It's 30 minutes after my pickup time right now. (This tells me I should have made up an earlier pickup time. I expected to be able to pick up my car "in a few hours" like he promised and am glad I didn't stop by on my lunch break as I was about to.) He just laughed me off, no apologies for his tardiness. He said I was a "bad girl" multiple times because my oil change was overdue. I am used to males at auto centers looking down on females - sad to know it's the same here. I paid and left. Went to my car and expected the key to be in the ignition, on the dash, attached to the mirror....but no where to be found. I walked back in and he was still sitting behind the register, laughed and waved my key at me and said "looking for this?" Unprofessional. Tell people where their key is before they leave the facility. Get up and come out to give me my key. Move with any sort of urgency or respect for the customer. Only go here if you have ALLLLLL day and want a cheaper price than out in town. It was the same untimely service when I came months ago as well - I should not have returned. All in all, the job got done I guess, so thankful for that. PS please clean the inside of the facility and replenish merchandise on the shelves. It is very outdated and unkempt in there, but could have so much potential. They don't really need front desk staff, they need more mechanics to get jobs done faster.

It's ok guy wasn't that friendly tho he saw me enter and no one else was there but it still took him 5min to ask what I needed

Always call back later or we can't do anything today. For a onbase help. They can't plug a tire in a reasonable time frame.

If 0 stars was possible that’s what they would get. The female there is the most unprofessional person I ever met in my life, they close like 3 hours early everyday. I needed my car on Thursday 30 so I could go on leave. I went and told them I’d be back, but they were closed at 2:00pm when I went back. That is false advertising because website said 5:00pm!!! That’s 3 whole hours. There decision to be inconsiderate of there customers just cost me time I could’ve spent with family I haven’t seen in forever. Now I have to wait 4 days just to get my car. Never will I ever go here nor recommend them.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am a military member and I went here 3 weeks before I went on leave, I needed new ball joints, sway bar links and tie rod ends. It cost me 2500 which I didn't really have, but he said he could get it done in 7 days. I continued to check in every few days and thought everything was on schedule, but at the end of the first week I was told it would take longer. So time goes by and eventually the 3 weeks is up, I needed my truck so I could drive home and surprise my mother for her birthday, all things that they knew. The woman there was rude to me when I came in clearly frustrated although I'm always very composed. So they got back to me a day later, their tire alignment machine was down so I had to go to another place to get my tires aligned, only to find out he had bent my tie rods while putting them in. So I was already a day late into my leave, had to go back and wait till the next day to get new tie rods put in, thank God I had gotten a warranty. He also did an oil change and put much too light of an oil in my truck as the oil pressure was always only half of what it should've been until I changed it and found that the oil was already nearly dead. This place is not friendly to military members and is not convient, do NOT GO HERE!

The alternator went out on our 2011 Equinox and Jerry was able to get us up and running in just a few days, even working late to make sure we could get to an appointment on time. Excellent customer service!

Go to NAS Jax instead. Incredibly unhelpfully staff. Only time to get a safety card are during the work days. And they don't accept the one from NAS Jax.

Great service, very fair and informative, went rhe extra mile to ensure I knew what was wrong with my car, and what steps he was going to take to fix it. Told me about other small things he noticed and mentioned should be kept in mind later on. Great experience, will be going here again.:)

Go here often for oil changes. Limited to certain services, so make sure you call ahead to ensure they have the ability to do what you need. Good for a solid oil change and rotation. :) Thanks Jerry!
