Hands down best experience with a mechanic I’ve ever had. Originally took my car to the Mercedes Beverly Hills, had terrible customer service and an outrageous quote. Took my car to Byron and he right off the bat went on a test drive with me to hear the noise it was making, he figured out the exact issue and explained everything to me and he fixed the issue and at 1/8 the cost the dealership was going to charge me! Thank you thank you! And highly recommend!

Very rude service , tried to get out car for a better understanding and got my door pushed on my stomach while being pregnant ( mechanic with long hair ), called me foul names , .. would not recommend at all

BYRON = BEST LEXUS MECHANIC I've known for my Lexus (ES 350.) He doesn't hype up any extras that I "need" to have done. He is more than fair in what he charges, not charging me at all, if what he fixes is no biggie to him. YES you heard it here, a mechanic that does things for free!!! Unheard of? Yup. Elsie his wife is an angel who takes care of the $. This is the ABSOLUTELY BEST MECHANIC IN LA. -- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I called because I received an email saying my father had made a reservation for a uhaul. So I called too see if it was spam mail or someone was trying to use my father's name. The girl who answered instead of being respectful she told me "Are you sure your dad does not have mental problems and forgot" I think that's a very rude was to answer. Not professional at all.

Honest and reliable. Easy going and prices are very fair. I go nowhere else but here and always send my friends to see Byron, he's the coolest long haired guy i know. He's very knowledgeable and will even show you how to do a few things if you want to one day do your own oil change or brake job..
