Had my 325i for a total of 6 months, 2 different visits, $1200 total and still did not fix the problem I had taken it there for. Bonus was the dent they put in the hood! Never again with these folks!

THIS SHOP GOT MY 2007 INFINITI G35 IN SEPTEMBER PICKED CAR UP 2 WEEKS LATER CAR STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RD. I CALLED HE SAID BRING THE CAR IN. I HAD MY CAR TOWED TO VICTOR THE OWNER AGAIN. OCT 12TH TO NOV2ND. HE TOLD ME TO COME PUP MY CAR IT'S READY. I WAS 25 MINUTES FROM THE SHOP CAR STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF A BUSY EXPRESSWAY. AFTER HE TOLD ME MY CAR WAS READY. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY? WHY WOULD HE TELL ME MY CAR WAS READY AND KNOWING IT WAS BOUND TO STOP ON ME AGAIN. I STILL WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY? YAHWEH IS GOD AND IN THE BOOK OF GENESIS CHAPTER 12 VERSE 3 YAHWEH TEACH I WILL BLESS THOSE THAT BLESS THEE. I WILL CURSE THOSE THAT CURSE THEE. VICTOR REMEMBER YOU HAVE A DAUGHTER A WIFE I HOPE NO ONE EVER TREAT THEM THAT WAY.

Victor diagnosed the problem immediately upon telling them about what the transmission was doing in my ML320. They ordered the parts and had the car ready at the time they had promised as well as helping me to go back and forth to and from work. Very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend them for Mercedes maintenance and repair.

Call around to several shops including two dealerships, and no one could fit me in to have a battery replacement. I used to take my old Mercedes to this shop, so I decided to give them a call. I decided to go on their website and make an appointment for the next morning. I was called back within an hour of making the appointment by the owner, and we discussed the issue. He told me to bring the car in the following morning and he would replace the battery. I was in and out in less than an hour! I highly recommend this shop!!!

Customer service is decent, but a simple alignment and tire change took them 12 hours and I was charged 2 times the price that I paid somewhere else for the same service unfortunately.

Great experiences. We have serviced 3 BMWs and a Porsche all without issues. No mechanic can diagnose everything but these guys do a great job of being honest and realistic. Highly recommend

I am a current student at Emory University and thought I would give this place a try because it is very close to the school. This turned out to be a mistake. - First, I was told that the total price to fix my car from shaking would be over a $1,000 dollars. This was very suspicious because I had most of the these services performed about 3 months prior. After mentioning this and going back/forth with Victor , the price somehow dropped down to $480 dollars. This seemed even more fishy and I wanted to go with. However , by that time it either proceed with the repairs or pay our diagnostic fee that we failed to mentioned to you in the beginning. - When I went to pick up car. I was told not over the phone but in person that the total price would be a $100 more because they found an additional issue. Now furious by that time, paid the total price and got out of there. This was a mistake by me because I didn't realized until I got home and looked at the receipt that I had been charged a $110 computer test fee on top of the services performed. After calling Victor to discuss this he informed that this is a required service and will send me the test results that day. I never received those test results even after calling back two days later. I don't believe the test was actually done.

I have been going to MBM for many years. I have never been treated except with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. I have owned and own several Mercedes as well as other makes and they have always found the problems with all of them. They bend over backwards to make sure you are completely satified. I would recommend them to anyone I know and have done so with many of my friends.

Really disappointing business , wanted to charge 170$ labor for 15 minutes of work, and then follow that up with a rude person on the phone . Have 3 bmws in the family and was looking for a good local shop to upkeep them down the road - but I guess I’ll take my money elsewhere
