Austin did a great job on my bike. I brought it to him for a reoccurring throttle issue that a couple other shops tried to fix but obviously couldn’t. He not only fixed the problem, he also showed me some other issues that needed attention. My bike is running great now. Just got back from a 1,200 mile trip, and she ran great! Thanks Austin you have another regular customer in me.

McCarroll Motorcycle Services LLC just completed work on my 2002 Fatboy. It was my first interaction with him. There were several issues that I brought up when I checked the bike in. It was a pretty substantial job. Not only did he make the requested repairs, he took care of a bunch of smaller items that were not necessary to get to the ordered repairs. My bike is in far better shape than I deserved for the agreed amount and scope. Thanks Austin!

I've been screwed by a local shop before so I'm extremely leary. At MMS they not only have integrity, which is paramount, they go above and beyond making sure your ride is good to go. From paint, handlebars, LEDs, tires, maintenance awesome work and I thank you!

Austin is a top notch mechanic and his shop is what everyone wants to see. He did the 10,000 mile service on my Tri Glide Ultra Classic and everything was great. He turned it around in minimal time because he scheduled me in and got it done. Great all around guy and very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone and I will definitely be scheduling my 15,000 service with him.

Austin is the best and ONLY mechanic that will ever touch my 2013 Triglide! He went way above and beyond my expectations when repairing my trike. It had a Rekluse auto clutch that had been incorrectly installed from a DEALERSHIP and he put a new one on, custom fitted a foot clutch for me since I have a hard time pulling a clutch due to nerve damage in my hand. Best all around in the business!!!!!

Awesome mechanic. He's very thorough and honest. His communication skills are phenomenal and unmatched. Austin takes his time with your motorcycle and explains everything. I use to live in the Dallas-Ft Worth area. Now I live in Mississippi and I still bring my bike across 3 states because his work is phenomenal.

Hands-down the best motorcycle mechanic I personally have ever had. He knows the intimate details of Harleys their electronics and all things in those motorcycles. At 26 years old he has more knowledge than many older mechanics I’ve used.
