Andrew and the team just helped me out so much. i pulled up with my grandmother to get my left side windshield wiper fixed because it didn’t work at all. before we even entered, tony working the desk came outside to help us out. he took a look and then did research on the issue to see if he could save us a $200 diagnostic. it ended up being a loose bolt, which andrew came and tightened immediately. problem solved, and they didn’t charge us! super friendly, and such a big help. will definitely bring my business here in the future, as i’ve had issues with dishonest mechanics in the past. just pure kindness and helpfulness!

I bought my 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk from McCloskey motors about a year ago. Unfortunately my vehicle was sold to me with some immediate repairs needing to be done. It did take a little push and pull for that but once that got done, other things started going wrong with my vehicle. Thank God for the Warranty and the Amazing Team in both of the service centers. Especially Mike and Tony in the upper service center! First it was the transmission and the motor mounts. They did a great job! Then the rear differential started going out, had to be rebuilt and put back in. I would have gave up on this vehicle a long time ago had it not been for this service center! I do love my Black Betty and she drives so nicely now! Coming down the mountain gliding around the curves and even doing a couple little donuts in the parking lot! Thank you so much McCloskey Service Center!!! You guys make a great team! You Rock! 🤩🤘💪😀👍🫶

Tony and Andrew are the greatest . I had to have an engine replaced due to metal inside , and they made the process as smooth as possible and went further above and beyond to help with getting in touch with the warranty company. Please give them the biggest raises possible and I would recommend them 10/10 times .

I couldn’t recommend a better place to take my car for repairs! Tony was extremely helpful, he walked me through every step of the process, didn’t make me feel dumb when I had a ton of questions and he was very polite and personable. I also want to say that it was a very quick process, I received a call at 9am that the parts were in for my car (sway bar links and control arms), I took it in and they had it done by 1230pm! I’ll definitely be taking my vehicle here for any and all repairs needed in the future.

Tony was able work my vehicle in for an inspection on a short notice. The vehicle inspection was done by Mike and everything checked out just fine. I am so happy these guys got me in and I now have a peace of mind. The guys are very friendly and professional and I now will come back here for any future oil changes or whatever my car needs.
