First visit for service. They are friendly, professional and don't appear to take advantage of their customers. The place is extremely clean and they actually offer coffee, healthy snacks and a clean restroom.

Very happy with the work done on my 2010 Toyota Hybrid exhaust pipe section. The front end portion had corroded so that the engine had a rough sound to it, but the rest of the exhaust system according to Molle Toyota was in decent shape. Molle highly recommended MD Auto Repair for the replacement / rewelding of a new pipe section. MD Auto Repair was so fast and efficient once you make an early appointment. If you have to end up staying at the shop, they try their utmost to get everything done speedily. It took them just about an hour. Usually even waiting for an oil change at other places takes waaay longer. I appreciated all of MD’s fast expertise and thoughtful care for an older car that has very sentimental value to me. My car is now sounding just like in its newer days and runs so smoothly. I would totally trust them with my car again…

Came in from Houston and our car got in an accident involved with icy roads. They were super fast and efficient! They were able to repair my car in less than a day! Staffs are friendly and professional! I would definitely recommend MD!

Finally, a car shop that I don't feel like I'm being jerked around at. The staff is friendly and willing to explain any recommended work, why it's needed, etc. 10/10 bring your vehicles here for work if you want honest work done.

I was in from out-of-town and needed a flat fixed. They are my mom's go-to shop and they managed to get me squeezed in between standing appointments. I am so grateful. They relieved a lot of Holiday travel stress for me and I would not hesitate to take my car back whenever I am in KC.

After shady encounters and conflicting information from nearby Firestone and Good Year locations, I looked through Google reviews to find a trustworthy and reliable shop and found MD Auto Repair. Thankfully they live up to their reviews and helped me with my brake work for a cheaper rate. I’ll definitely be returning here for any future work.

Great place! I had my car inspected which resulted in finding a lot of areas of improvement. They were very kind and gentle in working with me since I was new to the city and I was pretty new to getting repairs. They explained the problem very throughly so that I could understand the importance of it. They were conscious of my budget and even allowed me to let my car stay there for a few days while I made necessary adjustments to my funds. I greatly appreciated this!!!! My car works great and no longer jiggles down the road lol. They also sent a thank you card and gave me a small gift bag. I believe that they care about the people coming in.

My experience with MD Auto Repair was great from start to finish! Courteous staff, clean waiting area, and the service, a synthetic oil change, was done promptly while I waited. They replaced my windshield wipers (brand new wipers purchased elsewhere that I brought with me) at no cost! They even gave me a "thank you" gift bag with snacks and a bottled water as I was leaving. Amazing customer service!! I have a new mechanic!

First Tyler was super helpful, when I called and asked him about an issue I was having with my vehicle. The shop also got my car in and out of the shop within 2 days. Tyler was very reasonable on working with your budget and even made adjustments day of pickup. All in all I had a great experience with this shop and will be using them and recommending anyone who needs work. Thank you guys!

Updated review following 2nd visit, different vehicle. Prior to drop off, services discussed and ordered for same inspection services as before with addition of oil change and needed repair covered by warranty. At drop off, informed same free detailed inspection is actually no longer an option, but a basic inspection was. Asked for Mo State Inspection, findings and Detailed invoice with cost breakdown for warranty repair multiple times but it was never received. As for the inspection, was told that outside of the 1 known repaired issue, there were zero needs, on a 10y/o car still having the same issue/noise, with other known needs so I’m not sure I can trust it and feel I need to take it elsewhere. Original review: This was my first visit to MD and it will not be my last. They provide quick, honest and thorough service. They have a secure area to store your car if left overnight and a shuttle service that runs till 3pm at no additional charge. They send you an estimate via text with details, photos, and options for services and repairs and even sent me home with a small thank you bag with a water and a snack. I appreciate their service and will be back!

I’ve been taking my car here for about 2-3 years and I can not recommend them enough. Their pricing is really fair, their work is impeccable and their service is amazing. When my car was ready I didn’t have a ride and it was right around closing time for them, they sent someone to pick me up! I have never had a negative experience with them!

This was my first time at MD Auto Repair and I was very impressed! I had a faulty wheel bearing and they were able to quickly identify the problem and get it fixed much faster than I expected. Everyone was clear, honest, and communicative, and they were able to work out the payment with my warranty company (who are hard to get a hold of). This was a great experience, and I will definitely go back!

I have been using their services since 2020. They always treat me so well. I have zero complaints every time. I am moving in May and I am sad I am going to lose their help. The last time I was there I had so many issues with my car they had to keep it for an extended period of time. They were able to provide me with a loaner so I was not unconvinced. They were able to complete all the work efficiently so I could not have any hitches in my every day life. I am so appreciative of what they do. I could not recommend them any more than I already do!!! Great place!!
