I 've used this facility since early 2000's. family oriented . repair serpentine belt 2nd time. at least this time didn't have to repair air conditioning. accepted during thanksgiving when others wouldn't. fixed timely manner..

I’ve been coming to MD Automotive for several years and have always been very happy with their service, honesty and professionalism. In all the years I've been taking my vehicles to them if anything wasn't repaired correctly (which is very seldom), they corrected the issue on their own dime. In an industry full of those who seek to take advantage of my ignorance, I'm so grateful that I have someone I can trust. While MD Automotive may not be the cheapest option out there, they are by far one of the most reliable and trustworthy!

Recently had my car serviced at MD Automotive, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and service. Charlie picked up the phone early on Friday when my car alternator failed and immediately provided support. I received my car back on Monday afternoon - quite a quick turnaround! Highly recommended.

The crew at MD Automotive is great. They kept me advised on the repairs needed and the cost of the repairs. They finished the repairs in the time frame they quoted and the repair price was exactly as quoted. I will always use them for all my automotive repairs.

Cheers to another wonderful experience at MD Automotive. The dealer service expired on my 2021 Volvo, so I brought it here, and these guys took real good care of me. They fix what's wrong with your car and recommend future maintenance, but never try to force unnecessary maintenance on you. After my third time using them, I'm comfortable saying that I'd send my wife or daughter here and know they wouldn't be taking advantage of. These guys treat you like family, and I never thought I'd ever find another Automotive shop I'd say that about again.

J.R. & his Team took really really good care of me and my 2008 Hyundai Elantra!! I expected lot$ of ca$h to repair my a/c, nope, J.R. diagnosed AND repaired my a/c for under $150!! Money don't grow on tree$, Good Mechanics don't come out of nowhere and this Shop has been here over 20+ years!! Being a Senior Citizen I'm making J.R. and his Team the "go-to" Team for servicing my car AND saving me money!! Melissa is great with the Shuttle Service they have as well! Thank you J.R. & Team!

Unique! Superb service. If you do ‘t live close by, it would be worth the drive. Waiting room is clean, comfortable, separate bathrooms, comfy new couch, well decorated and a fish tank. They have free shuttle service!! Front desk and technician were super nice, professional and worked with me. Highly recommend this family owned business since 2002 and they are now my go to auto shop!
