I am a service member who has been to many dodge dealerships. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to in my life. Even when you book an appointment, they will not get to your vehicle until days after your pre-scheduled appointment. It took over 4 hours of being on hold and waiting to speak to an advisor just for them to lie. For any military or general customers, I caution you and recommend that you avoid this place completely!

Service department is the worst. My 2017 RM 1500 broke down on my way home from some military training in Georgia. I elected to pay to have my truck towed back home over 800 miles and across 3 other states, because I called ahead and was told they would provide a loaner car for me while my repairs were being done. Dropped my truck off with full details of what happened and then was told there were no loaner cars, but they would rent me one for $90/day. It took them over a couple of weeks to even take a first look at my truck. I called a couple of times to ask for an update and never got an answer or a return call. Eventually they got around to it, and said they would need to submit a claim to Mopar for them to cover it in the warranty. I sent them all my maintenance records and then waited some more. Weeks go by and no updates, so I called back a few times over several days and finally got an answer. The shop said they were waiting on Mopar to approve the warranty repairs. Some more weeks go by and no updates, and several more phone calls that always seemed to “miss” my “advisor”, with promises that “we’ll have them call you back in 30 minutes” (which not once actually happened) and nobody else could help me. Anyways, I eventually caught them in a lie and they forgot to send me the paperwork to sign and authorize repairs to do. So we get this signed, and THEN they still have to order the parts. Ok, I’m still being patient and understanding, at least some progress is finally being made. A couple more weeks go by and no updates from them, so again I have to call multiple times to finally get someone to talk to. Eventually I get a date when all the parts will arrive. I call the day after those parts arrived to check if repairs had been started, and my advisor told me they had. Great! A few days later I call back, because again there is no communication or initiative from them, and I find out they actually haven’t started repairs and don’t know when they can because there are other cars ahead of mine. WHAT?! And if that’s true, how many people are having to wait MONTHS for repairs?! At this point it’s been almost 3 months! And they want to charge $90/day for a rental? I haven’t complained once, been rude or aggressive, and have been extremely nice and try to be understanding. So, if you’re a nice person, don’t come here or you’ll be taken advantage of. Oh, and I forgot to mention, this is the same dealership I bought this truck from! They truly treat their customers well here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

This place is the absolute worst. I bought a new Ram 1500 and the vehicle had a UConnect error and only had 2,700 miles on it. I brought it in and they didn’t have any loaner vehicles to issue. They stated it would only take 30 minutes to fix but that they wouldn’t look at the vehicle for 48-72 hours. Normally I wouldn’t mind but I have a Jeep that’s been in the shop under warranty for the past two months. These people did not care that I have two new vehicles being repaired under warranty with no way to get around. They said it “sounds like a you problem”. Incredibly unprofessional. They then said I could call Dodge to see if they will reimburse me for a rental and to just look the number up online. At this point I was ticked and asked to see the manager, and they stated he was out, and then wrote the number down for me. I called the number and took 15 minutes to get an Indian Customer Service Rep to answer who then said would transfer my call, then proceeded to hang up on me. I called again, and took another 15 minutes to get another Indian. It then took an additional 30 minutes answering their questions for them to approve for me to get a $40/day rental from Enterprise. They wouldn’t get me into a comparable vehicle, just the cheapest compact possible. I went back after a few days to pick up the truck. When I got the keys, they stated, “It should be somewhere out front” and just left. Again, didn’t bring it up front or let me know where it was other than just somewhere in the front for me to go find. I haven’t submitted the invoice for reimbursement yet, but I’m expecting another ordeal to get paid back. Take some advice, get more loaner vehicles and get better customer service folks. The team there needs an incredible amount of training or performance management. I look forward to get a response to this review, so I can ream someone in charge.

Attempted to get new radio for car at this location . Automatically told me $2800 just to fix it. Never looked at the radio to try to see what the issue was. I’m guessing they didn’t want my business. Went down the street and they looked at radio and it was an easy fix for $130.

Update 7/11/24....This service department is the biggest joke I have ever dealt with. My vehicle was in the shop for 3 months due to a popping noise in the driver side b pillar and a rattling back seat. When I finally received my vehicle, it was not fixed plus, there are now big scratches on both exterior of the driver front and rear doors. These are the two doors they took off to try and fix the popping noise. (I saw the video of what they were doing). The back right seat still rattles. AND now there are several more items rattling. Also, you are 100% unable to talk to anyone in the service department unless you physically go into to the dealership. I left many voicemails and did not receive any call backs. This is very unacceptable. This required me to drive 30 mins there and 30 mins back several times. So, I tried calling new car sales to get to a person who could get me to the service manager. I got purposely hung up on twice. I did not belittle nor did I curse, or even treat them disrespectful. I told them I did not want to be transferred to a voicemail. Jeremiah was one of the new car salesman that rudely hung up on me. (He needs to find another job, not in customer service for sure!) However, here are my praises: Brodrick (car salesman) was very nice to assist me over to Luis. Luis (Manager) was very nice and got me over to the absolute nicest person in that service department...Delicia. Let me tell you....that dealership does not deserve her! She is far more superior at customer service than anyone else that I have dealt with there so far. (Which has been many.) Needless to say, I finally got what I needed (a closed service ticket to take to my lawyer) and will NEVER EVER deal with that dealership again! Original Post: Be ADVISED! As I sit here writing my review, my vehicle has been in the shop for 5 weeks, (I still do not have it back). I brought it in for oil change, popping noise, and a rattling seat. This has been THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. Absolutely no communication unless I drive 30mins there. I had no loaner for 4 of those weeks. My understanding is the seat has yet to be fixed as well. I have done my best to keep my cool. But this is completely ridiculous. No one has, or will call me back...EVER! The service department will kill the sales department. I will never buy another vehicle from there again. I want my vehicle fixed, and back NOW! UPDATE!!! Yesterday makes 2 months without my vehicle. I still do not have my vehicle back and I only received a very short text that my vehicle is not fixed when I posted the first part of this. That was on May 7th, today is May 30th with absolutely no other communication from the dealership. This is very unacceptable! I don't think you can get any worse than this! I think it is time to reach out to the owners.

Do not purchase new or used from this dealership, they make you feel like a king until the sale is final then you don't here back from them and if you have any problems? Goodluck trying to get someone to return your call. They suck from management all the way to the service department. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A DEALERSHIP.
