Been bringing my car there for a few years now, but after this last time I will never be back. Car got misdiagnosed twice, and once they settled on the ECU being the problem it took two months to get my car fixed and back to me. And it was returned to me with my battery light popping on so now I have to figure out what that is about. I also had to order the ECU almost three weeks after first bringing it to their attention that I had found a replacement ECU. They could not find one through any of their guys and finally told me that their guys would just order it from eBay motors anyways and so I could just purchase it myself. Because it was taking so long Juan Carlos told me he would waive the ECU reprogramming charge, I told him that the ECU I found should be programmed because they ask for your vin number. So finally my ECU arrives, they say they need to reprogram it and he has to bring someone in to do it so he can’t waive the fee like he told me he would. And after they had my car for two months they didn’t even call me and tell me it was ready, I had to constantly call them to get updates and what was going on. Also, when I picked up my car they left some trash in it. Don’t take you’re car there, you will be in for a massive headache!!!

Worker is new. They can not re set up prius just take long time very new. Not exprius old owner changed location
