These guys are awesome! I was helped by Steven who seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me solve my issue. He took the time to troubleshoot any possible causes and explained what he was doing every step of the way. After telling me my issue (old fuse block and alternator) he suggested sites I could order the parts from that would save me money. I'll be using these guys for all of my future maintenance issues.

I have a daughter in Miami, I live in Iowa. She was having car trouble so I found Mark and he did a great job for us. He found a mechanic that knows how to work on Volvos. Mark is a straight shooter, followed up well With phone calls. I would recommend Mark Twan in the Miami area that needs Mobile help!

I was not sure what to expect with a mobile car repair service but was very amazing with the outstanding and professional service received. Pricing was lower than the three quotes I received. Lindor is a great mechanic. If you are hesitant to use this company think no further. I highly recommend. Keep up the great service!

100% recommed!!! Mechanics in Motion are real life savers! On a Saturday evening, my car broke down on the side of the road without any warning. Despite it almost being 6pm I reached Mark over the phone, who sent Yaciel over. Yaciel kept me informed when he is going to arrive and called twice to reinsure me that he was on his way. When he arrived, he realized that the problem was a little more complicated than just a dead battery. But Yaciel came prepared and worked tirelessly for over one hour, until my car was fixed. No need for a tow truck and leaving my car somewhere for repairs until the next week. That was an awesome service! Furthermore, the price was very fair. I was told exactly what I would need to pay, how those costs divide on material and work and was asked if I agreed to this. The small deposit of $35 was deducted from the final bill. If I ever need roadside assistance again, Yaciel and Mark are the ones I would call!!!

Steve was absolutely amazing he gave me premier customer service while working on my car. To be honest he’s the best mechanic iv ever had the pleasure of doing business with, and this is an understatement. Seriously if anyone needs help for anything on your car, Steve is the right man for the job! And this is an understatement. I seriously cannot put into words how awesome he is seriously!!

From the moment Mike from Mechanics in Motion called I knew I was in good hands. He inquired about my vehicles issues then assured me that I would be taken care of and back in the road. It was a Sunday and I had important meetings at the office first thing on .omdat morning. Mike informed me of the time that his mechanics would come out and they arrived on time as promised! They completed the trouble shooting, made sure that their diagnostic was correct, fixed the issue (before they arrived my truck shut off and wouldn't start after jumping) and were done within minutes, checked all my fuses and replaced the non operable fuses. The team was great, professional, and cared about their work. I give them 5 stars and that isn't enough! I'm happy to leave a review and recommend them highly if you are in need of excellent customer service on your vehicle!

Just Wow! I wish I knew about these guys sooner because Ive been in situations that I needed them. My car wouldn’t start and It was a parking lot in commercial shopping center. I thought about calling a mobile mechanic and found them on google so I made the call. Mark walked me through the process and scheduled a next day appointment. Yaciel came out and helped me out by doing the diagnosis and letting me know my starter was out. He proceeded to get the old one out and put the new one in. These guys have experience and from beginning to end Mark and Yaciel showed it. Respectful and professional from beginning to end. I will be calling and refferring everyone to them. I am extremely happy with their service. Thank you Mark and Yaciel 🙏

I was told the cost of the visit upfront when I asked for a diagnosis on my car to see why it wasn’t turning on. I got to say they were quick to answer when I made the appointment and Mark helped me get a mechanic for the time that I was able to be home. However, they did told me the cost for the diagnosis and when the mechanic was here he checked and couldn’t find what was wrong, he gave us the option of stopping or pay him extra to continue searching for what was wrong. Although I understand the cost of Labor I would’ve wished they were upfront with the terms of the diagnostic since the beginning, letting me know that if it took to find what was wrong for an x amount of time I would have to pay a double consultation fee.

Mechanics in motion is awesome! My son goes to school at UM and when he was getting ready to drive home to NY his car started running rough and stalling. He went into the Subaru dealer and they checked the car and told him that the oil was sludge and the engine was so damaged that it was going to be upwards of $4600.00 to repair and that it wasn’t worth it. They tried to convince him to trade it in there and buy something else. We had him park it back at his apartment and fly home , then called Mechanics in Motion for an estimate. Mark sent a mobile mechanic that same day to his car and we were told that it just needed some repairs. They got the parts and came back to fix it the very next day for a fraction of what the dealer was trying to charge! Fast courteous service and they update you every step of the way. I highly recommend Mechanics in motion to anyone who needs work done on their car

I met Mark about three years ago when I was having issues with my car that wouldn't start. A friend recommended him, and he quickly answered my call. By the next day, my car was back up and running.
