It was my first time at the shop and I had a wonderful experience. They fixed my car super fast and told me about the price before they did anything - which was super helpful. I will absolutely be going back and referring them to all the people I know! Very affordable prices as well.

People seem like they didn’t want to work 1 hour before closing and waiting until the last to close that they didn’t have the part … the serices is bad I don’t think they know customer care is important for a business.

Great customer service from the owner and staff, they completed the job on my Cadillac in a fast time manner. I took my car in , they did the diagnostics right away and a day after my car has been fixed. This shop deserves the 5 stars for overall the great experience and also being that their prices are very reasonable compared to other shops nearby and their professionalism is above average, these guys know what they are doing.

Visited Medina a couple of days ago and I was surprised and impressed with the quality of Knowledge and customer service professionalism that I encountered. David has really helpful from the beginning to the end. Seriously the place to take your car for all services.

No lo recomiendo para nada, hace un tiempo mi pareja llevo su carro, para empezar las espera fue de casi dos semana para que simplemente hicieran un “chequeo”, el cual resultó una absoluta pérdida de tiempo ya que nos estafaron, y en su ignorancia nos comentaron que tenia bastante problemas el automóvil (algo que no era así), pagamos 800$ por un trabajo incompleto porque de 7 cosas que según habían que arreglar 5 eran mentira y 3 arreglaban, lo que real mente estaba estropeado nunca lo arreglaron y para el colmo nos robaron una pieza del carro (sunroof) el cual no se hicieron cargo nunca.
