I’ve taken my car to this shop twice- once for brakes and once for AC and ignition. Both times they’ve been able to identify the issue quickly and repair fast. It can be so intimidating to take a vehicle in as a single woman, and they could not be more helpful. I always google the average cost of repairs, and I know they’re giving me a fair price. Couldn’t recommend more.

I had problems with my air-conditioning system. I was able to get an appointment on the same day and it was fixed within one hour. I’m very happy with the service I received.

My Buick Enclave burnt up the alternator a couple of days ago and I called this shop and they were able to get me in this morning at 9:00 a.m. and by noon it was complete, five stars for the service! They are friendly, affordable and locally owned

Medina's is great and honest mechanic shop. His team takes time to discuss diagnosis and get to the root of issues. Military friendly and very economical. Highly recommended for your car concerns and maintenance. Cost: Excellent. Very comparable to other shops in central Phoenix and much more economical than big name companies who take advantage. Parking: Good. Recommend making an appointment in order to drop off and pick up. Small Business: Excellent! Family owned and operated. Ernesto and his team treat everyone with respect and are transparent with issues. Thank you!

I've been going for over 14 years...he's honest about everything. If there's an issue he's on gets it fixed right away. I truly recommend this place but I also recommend calling in for a appointment

Medinas is a trusted place where a single girl can go in and know these guys won't take advantage of you. My mechanic passed away, and bouncing around trying to find a good mechanic these days is frustrating. I was in tears. I have two convertibles and was unable to drive either one! I missed convertible season weather for years. I was about to give up. Great service and empathic mechanics that listened to my woes. One of my cars, I call her " Bella ", she's my baby. I'm restoring her and couldn't find anyone who took pride in their work and put love into it. There were nuts and bolts left over with other monkey mechanics. I would mention the shop names, but they would confuse that with glory. My main focus is to applaud Medinas and the entire staff. The young man who worked on my Bella somehow fixed my A/C and my horn. I've been without them for over 5yrs. She overheated for over 6yrs.i never watched the road, I had to watch the gauges. Medinas dialed me in and I am forever grateful. Ladies, trust me, these are your guys! They are my NEWEST BEST FRIENDS!! The prices are a tiny bit high, but it's well worth it cuz you know your car is in good hands. Who wants to pay less and your car not be done right? Not me! No more! From now on, Bella has a new babysitter. Lol. Thank you from my heart guys. I am forever grateful.

I recently took my 2003 Lexus es300 it had a mistfire.they where really great technician. I would recommend medinas automotive 2 the number1 in automotive repair shop to go my lexus is running like new.i am happy with the work they did thanks Ernesto.

Went to Sun Devil auto to get a quote on lower ball joints and control arms, mind you it took over 2 days for them to give me my quote, labor and all was $2500 I was blown back… Until a friend had told me of their mechanic that their family always goes to, I gave Medinas a call and within 10 mins I got a quote that was 70% cheaper than S.D. Quote. Now that tells you something!

I highly recommend this location. I’ve taken my suv here on multiple occasions and have had a great experience every time. I recently had work done at a different shop nearby and had an awful experience with major delays and overpriced repairs. I ended up towing it to Medinas which is where I should have brought it to in the first place. Medinas is always quick, professional, and easily has the most competitive pricing! That is why I am a repeat customer.

Easy check in, timely service, friendly staff. All that and decent price. I only had an oil change, but they found a leaking strut in inspection. Given my experience, I'll go back if the pricing is within reason of other quotes.

Easy to talk to easy to explain things to and they listen to and think they’re great people and they did a good job of what they did on my card. Thank you very much for all your a good hard, honest work they’re good at explaining things to you also when they don’t charge for a diagnostic like most of these guys are trying to get away with.

First rate shop that does excellent work. Friendly staff with a family atmosphere that is direct in what needs to be done with the vehicle as well as a little more than fair in the pricing. Haven't had any issues since I took my truck in, but if I do I'm going here.

If you are a woman plese 🚨 don’t take your car here I went there because my car was overheating he told me I needed to replace radiator and water pump mind you my car wasn’t leaking or anything turns out it needed coolant I know nothing about cars and and he took advantage of that why would you do that to a woman a Latina woman like you so sad your own race

It was super busy when I pulled in at 10am on a Monday, and they honored my appt at 10, I was in and out in 30 min for my AC and it was so affordable! The mechanic was smiley and very pleasant. I'll definitely be going back :)

Took my gf’s car in for a general inspection because it’s close to the house and had good reviews. They only charged $40, which was reasonable and was wondering how in depth the inspection would be. It came back that her car “needed” new brake rotors and pads $420, rear drums. I went to inspect the brake pads myself and they still had half life left! I replaced the pads myself for $35 and there was definitely no reason to replace the front rotors. It just seems like they couldn’t really find much wrong with it and just wanted to try to capture some money from unnecessary repairs. I was thoroughly surprised they recommended replacement of rotors that still meet specs and the brake pads were not even halfway worn. Go elsewhere!
