Hello all, i will recommed anyone who asks me if i know a garage shop with reasonable price. I had my suburban worked on and with a bit extra added on without extra cost is an old fashion of doing business and as business depends on word of mouth i will recommed someone to this site to have their car worked on as well.

I initially had a good experience with Medina. They replaced my converter and both wheel bearings. That job was quick and professional. Lately the customer service has been horrible . Wednesday 5/1 I dropped my car off to get my radiator support fixed . I was initially told by a mechanic that it would be 500 with the part & Labor , but then they told me to find the part myself and they would install . Over a span of 8 days I called to check in on the job because they said it would be a 2 day job . They would not answer the phone and send me to voicemail and when they did answer they gave me the run around , stating that they'd give me a quote . Finally I went to check on the status in person and in those 8 days they hadn't even started my car ! They then said instead of 500 it would be 1,100 . They wasted so much of my time , and money because I was out of a car for 8 days . DON'T COME HERE ! They're unorganized and scammy .

My grandson took his car to get an oil leak repair. They said they repaired it, but it was still leaking. I took it back and now they are saying it has more oil leaks. If so, why didn't they say that in the first place and fix it? They charged $800.00. when we got the car back it was in worst condition than it was when we took it in this is a shady operation with very unprofessional service. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

100% would never refer anyone to this place. Horrible customer service through the whole process. Trucks at different shop now since this placed failed to fix it.

Less than a 1 star. I bought a car from jorge. I was late 2x with car payment. I have been asking for temporary plates he won't give them to me because I was late on my payment he wanted to repo. Expired in May 2023. I went up there and called many times for temporary. He said he was gonna refund me the 350 for ttl. But when I went up there he changed his mind. I paid the 150 balance. It's going on 5 days they are not answering the phone anymore. So I will definitely be going up there will leave another review. How are they still in business?

I left my car in May due to issues with the transmission, the guy gave me a quote of over 2k but said it would be done in a week. I kept calling to see what was going on with the process, but all I ever got from the receptionist is “they’ll give you a call back.” Fast forward to last week when I was finally told no work had been done bc they were waiting on me to give the ok?! Seriously? IT’s September!Finally I got it towed today and it came back in worse condition than before. Even my tow truck driver agreed that they left the windows rolled down for awhile bc there was so much dirt and dust, seats were still wet from the rain, pieces were broken. Never again will I go there let alone refer anyone there.

Terrible place. My car was there for 4 months, you were suppose to replace the turbo, that said turbo is not working. No one will return my calls, they won't answer the phone. Im sick of this shady stuff

There ok ,I got an alignment on my car. They do not give you a before and after print out of the alignment, the office staff are real nice people.

Excellent service got me in right away after exhaust broke on the highway also tooke the step that the last shop didnt to ensure this doesnt happen again all for a much more reasonable cost

Paid 195 for my converter on my Toyota Carolla 2010 and toyota said it would be 1,500. The men there where super respectful to me (a women by myself) I don't feel they took advantage of me. Would totally recommend.
