Very helpful with questions and concerns. Only took 3.5 days to get done when I was originally told 8. They tried to quicken the process as much as possible for me since I let them know I’m unable to rent a car and will be without one while they are working on it. They were very straightforward and informative on what they were gonna do to my car and answered any questions I had. Out of the 3 places i went to get an estimate from, this was the cheapest option as well. My car looked good as new after I got it back from them. Strongly recommend! Pictures show before and after.

My teenage daughter got rear ended at a high speed and had some pretty significant damage to her back end. They made all of the repairs and made her car look good as new! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for auto body repairs.

My insurance gave me such a hard time with my repairs and claim but this auto shop continued working on my car and handled the situation amazingly in a way that was best for me in the least time. My car is driving like new! Can't even tell it was in a accident! Thank you Megatech

Fantastic body shop. All the employees are very friendly and informative. The attention to detail, body lines, and paint look like i just picked the car off the lot for the first time again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had my car for 8 months. Claimed they couldn't find a part. I had to buy the part myself and have it delivered to them. Even after I supplied the part, it still took another 4 months to complete the work.. upon arrival to get my car, I'm informed the windshield I'd cracked. First they claim its from a rock chip from previous. I adore photos and video of the car the day I drop it off. Then they claim if it happened under their possession it's not their fault. Not once in the 8 months they had possession did they mention this to me. It appears they dropped something on in during repair and dying want to be help liable for the new windshield. They tell me to just have my insurance pay for it. Please!!! Whatever you do do not use these people. They are horrible !!!

Gave me a few options to choose from to help repair my car door. Even gave a possible option of a home fix that would be significantly cheaper, but I just wanted to make sure it was done right, so I chose the option to replace my door. Took only a few hours once the door came in from a junk yard and was done right then and there. Victoria who works at the front was very nice and professional and really helped me choose the right option.

Mega Tech did an AMAZING job. I took my car in for collision repair on the front end. From the moment we left the vehicle, Vickie gave me regular updates including photos of the repair process. She let me know immediately about part delays, price changes and cost. They did their best to meet the completion date they estimated. They are trustworthy and I greatly appreciated their professionalism. Mega Tech is very fair in their pricing and there were no surprise costs. Vickie was meticulous and thorough starting with the estimate and ending with a review at pickup. I highly recommend Mega Tech for any auto body or paint repair needs.

They did a fantastic job repairing and repainting my door. The price was very reasonable and considerably lower than other estimates I was given, and did not go up from the initial estimate. They are friendly and easy to work with, and my car was completed in the estimated time period. Don’t waste your money at dealers and chain shops, your service will be just as good, if not better, at Megatech.

Took my truck to several shops, had an uninsured driver hit me and needed to pay out of pocket. Victoria and her father were honest and up front and the price was reasonable. Very happy with the quality of work! Highly recommend!

My husband took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to the dealer to get the side mirror fixed, they wanted an arm and a leg (we have non to spare LOL). He then found Megatech and thought he'd give them a try and we're both glad he did. The sweet lady up front (I think her name is Victoria) not only helped him order the correct part but also prepared our bill so he was able to pay for everything right then. Once the mirror came in they let my husband know and all I needed to do was drive my jeep up there on my lunch hour the next day, which I did. They had my car in and out within the allotted time I had for lunch. We will definitely be doing business with you again and recommending you to our friends and family. If I had to use one word to describe their work, it'd be OUTSTANDING. Traveled left, right, up, and down Orlando to receive estimates on a side mirror replacement I needed done, many places were $500+, except for MEGATECH. Affordable fine quality work is what I received. Victoria at the desk made the entire process easy-going and painless for me, especially with a busy schedule. She's also willing to work with you on the repair type and parts needed and find what best suits you and your budget. The turn-around time was fast, quality of work was excellent, staff was informative and kind, and repair was affordable (especially for me being a student). All I can say is I'm glad I trusted MEGATECH to do the work over the other places around town. Hands-down would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be doing so if anyone ever asks me where I think they should go. Let the photos speak for themselves. Also, I took the time to admire some of their work with other cars with severe damage, and they come out looking just as good as new. Thank you to the staff at MEGATECH for everything!

The quality of their work on my car was well executed and since that’s the most important part, they earn four stars. Where they fell short of the fifth star was customer service in two areas: 1) They lack a key drop bad which made it unnecessarily difficult to drop the car off outside normal business hours. This is an easy fix, which they should institute immediately. 2) When giving me a quote for the job, they failed to consider the impact their work would have on my schedule. They didn’t tell me how long it would take to do the work (3 days), nor did they offer any options to reduce the time my car would be out of my hands. With a little communication they could have made the experience much less taxing on my busy schedule.

Fantastic service. I had trouble with my insurance company and the people who work at mega tech auto went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me as much as they could to understand anything i was having problems with from the worth of the car to getting an estimate to figuring out what the next step to fixing my car would be. They are absolutely fantastic and i will trust their services and advice for the rest of my life.
