I called Meineke for comparison pricing on 4 services quoted me by a Toyota dealership. Carlos beat their pricing by $225. He then rearanged that afternoon schedule so that i could bring my car in right away. In 2 hrs it was done. Great service and great customer service! Thanks so much! Thats about my 6th time going there and I will continue to use this Meineke!

This is my new auto repair shop ya'll. Let me tell ya, when you find a place you can trust (as a woman), and you don't feel like they're trying to take advantage of you because of it, you stick with them. Bill (he'll most likely be the one to greet you) was extremely knowledgeable and explained exactly what was being done. The first 3 places I had gone to previously, was gonna cost me my first born folks 😳. My Jeep had cam shaft issues. I dropped my Jeep off early afternoon, and got it back that evening. I'm really grateful for the professionalism, and expertise. I am now a customer for life❤️.

We went in to Meineke for an oil change after previously had our vehicle inspected by a dealership service department a few months ago. The dealership “found nothing” however Meineke did and was able to save us potentially having a larger issue. They ended up finding a major leak. It was so great to receive photos, and detailed explanations as to what they found, and options. Martin and Billy were both great with communication, and understanding with all of my questions. We’ll definitely be sharing our great experience with others! We’re grateful to have found Meineke.

My wife’s car required some emergency break work. This is our family car and it was critical for us to have in good working order. I called the team at Meineke and they asked me to bring it by the shop. They took care of the issue the same day and even game me a few discounts. The team was great to work with and very professional.

These are very friendly people. They worked tirelessly to repair my blower fan. The motor that came in first did not fit perfectly, so they ordered a second one. Because the delivery of the second motor was going to be delayed, they went and picked it up. This considerate action made it possible for me to meet an appointment scheduled for that afternoon. I consider Meineke an excellent repair shop. Maintaining a 19 year old car is difficult and can be expensive. The folks at Meinike are friendly to work with and do a superb job. They diagnose quickly and provide the repair needed without trying to push additional work. Their charges are fair and show that they want to be helpful and not take advantage of their clients.

They wanted $60.00 for 6 ft of 2 inch pipe, and that was without labor! NFW! Look else where! If you do decide to have your work done there, check your car doors for new dings.

This is an owner operated facility, and it appears to be nearly brand new. What I like about them, is that they appear to be very honest, and the cleanliness, of the shop is reflected in their work,. I booked an appointment out, 4 weeks, in order to get a fluid flush, and in addition, an alignment done, I arrive, on time and I said by the way, could you please, top off the fluids and check the brakes. My surprise, I had to wait, an additional 40 minutes, for the pickup. Wish I had known about that advance, the 40-point checkup, that they do and I'm using 40 points, with flexibility, they do the most comprehensive analysis of all the things in your car from the quality of the oils and the fluids, to things that I had not considered, I went to a dealer, the dealer's rate, was $220 an hour, the end result is the they provide a very high quality service. I was incredibly pleased with the work they did, the way I was treated, ... They're very busy, and booking an appointment in advance, shows big dividends, but do allow, an additional period of time, for their multi-point analysis of the entire car, it's the most thorough evaluation that I've ever seen by mechanical institution, that's why I'm giving them a five stars.

Very professional and kind. I Stopped in having an issue with my brake rotor shield due to my jack breaking and falling during a tire change. The Manager/Owner Martiin sorry if I misspelled kindly came out and fixed it. I respect the fact he was genuine and didn't try to have me do extra unnecessary things at cost. Thank you sir. I would recommend this place to anyone for great honest and professional service. I myself will be coming here for any future issues. Thank you sir Mike

I highly recommend this shop. I was impressed with my first visit. I thought my catalytic converter was rattling and needed replaced. I brought it in for my scheduled appointment, they checked it out and found the cat converter was fine, but the fuel line was rattling. They secured the fuel line and did a good vehicle inspection, then sent me the inspection report with recommendations. No pressure to fix anything else, just “here is what we see.” A less honest shop could have changed the converters and charged me a lot more when they did not need to be changed. I also appreciated the quick turnaround and follow up by the owner to see how my service experience went. I have brought multiple vehicles here several times now, and each visit has had the same high quality work and excellent customer focus.
