7/26/23 Had an oil change last week and my truck is solid, very honest and trustworthy staff. They're knowledgeable and helpful with car care. They treat you right and fair, no run around with these guys. Great place to go for your car care needs, they do custom work too. If they can't work on it they'll recommend someone who will help you out. That's why I give them Five Stars. 12/11/24 Still a five star company. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm very satisfied with all the work I get done there!

I went just today on Christmas Eve and I went to go get my blown radio fuse fixed and I went in full intention of paying whatever the cost of fixing that would be. And to my surprise the worker working there today, he gave me an early Christmas gift and I appreciate that from him. I didn’t get to catch their names today, the people who were both working. But it was great service, quick and easy and I wish y’all both a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! And I will be coming back to get more service whenever my car needs working on

Buyer beware!!! I had a coupon for a “Free” A/C check at this Meineke. Apparently, “free” means a “visual check.” They will look at it, with their eyes, for no charge, but they will charge you for any other action. I contacted the Better Business Bureau but Meineke refused to honor the “free” A/C check. I will never go to a Meineke ever again. Instead, go to Jiffy Lube at 3640 Eubank where you will get a truly free A/C check. I showed up without an appointment, waited only 20 minutes, and was given a full diagnostic on my A/C system for no charge. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite and I would definitely go back.

I picked this mechanic based on a personal recommendation for my 4x4. Excellent working with Travis, he is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain everything. Prices were more than fair and I couldn't ask for more. Excellent place to take any vehicle.

Car inspection for Uber, all services were good and employees were friendly and professional. Cost of inspection was steep, $52 after all fees and taxes. Midas does it for free plus tip for inspector. Mon - Wed only and I didn’t plan right. Needed it asap. My fault, so paid the piper. Next time will plan better.

We took a state vehicle to follow up on a air conditioner issue that we had. The vehicle had previously been taken to another vehicle center (not Meineke) and were not successful in getting it fixed. We took it to Meineke Care Care Center and we were impressed with the way we were treated and they were able to fix the issue without any issues. The staff was courteous and took good care of us and the issue with the air conditioner. Would highly recommend this Car Care Center.
