Buyer beware!!! I had a coupon for a “Free” A/C check at this Meineke. Apparently, “free” means a “visual check.” They will look at it, with their eyes, for no charge, but they will charge you for any other action. I contacted the Better Business Bureau but Meineke refused to honor the “free” A/C check. I will never go to a Meineke ever again. Instead, go to Jiffy Lube at 3640 Eubank where you will get a truly free A/C check. I showed up without an appointment, waited only 20 minutes, and was given a full diagnostic on my A/C system for no charge. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite and I would definitely go back.

I picked this mechanic based on a personal recommendation for my 4x4. Excellent working with Travis, he is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain everything. Prices were more than fair and I couldn't ask for more. Excellent place to take any vehicle.

I was able to get the repair done at at 80% less than what I was quoted at a shop down the road. Also, they got me in right away. Friendly and easy to work with too.

Car inspection for Uber, all services were good and employees were friendly and professional. Cost of inspection was steep, $52 after all fees and taxes. Midas does it for free plus tip for inspector. Mon - Wed only and I didn’t plan right. Needed it asap. My fault, so paid the piper. Next time will plan better.

I had to bring my truck in for a bad crank position sensor. The truck had numerous other things pop up that needed to be dealt with, like a hole in my timing cover. But the people at meineke quickly addressed the problems, and had them dealt with I had my truck back and running like a champ in just a few days.

We took a state vehicle to follow up on a air conditioner issue that we had. The vehicle had previously been taken to another vehicle center (not Meineke) and were not successful in getting it fixed. We took it to Meineke Care Care Center and we were impressed with the way we were treated and they were able to fix the issue without any issues. The staff was courteous and took good care of us and the issue with the air conditioner. Would highly recommend this Car Care Center.

The guy who manager who runs this store Travis Blaney is amazing. I have had work done here before they are fair they are respectful and they are honest. He could taken advantage of the fact I didn't know about the warranties with ford and he didn't he's a genuinely heartfelt honest employee and a great representative of what a car repair place should be. I will continue to go here this place rocks thank you so much Travis
