I drive from Cedar Park to Jim Moore's Meineke car care center and I would not take my car any place else. The entire staff is professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I give them an A++!

I’ve been getting my car serviced at this location for years and have had nothing but extremely positive experiences here. Everyone who works here has been helpful, knowledgeable, and professional and they always get the job done quickly and done well. 11/10 definitely recommend.

I maintain 5 cars and do most mechanics myself ... but I don't do alignments. Our daughter hit the curb and knocked the alignment out. I avoided Toyota Round Rock this time as my experience there has been only one star waiting endlessly for something like an alignment and being given the laundry list of things that could need attention. My visit to Meineke at Jollyville Rd went well. Jim and and mechanic determined a bent was bent was causing issues beyond a normal alignment. I was only changed for the alignment reading and will be replacing the struts and then return for the alignment.

I've been a happy customer with Meineke at Research Blvd in Austin for ~20 years. The owner Jim always makes us feel like we are family. Jim and his staff are professional, trustworthy and willing to go out of their way for the customer. I highly recommend this team!

My car had a broken exhaust pipe. As a Hospice RN, I drive all over Austin visiting patients. Meinke was booked solid with appointments, but said if I could leave my car, they would try and get it fixed the next day. I left my car and they completed the repairs the next day and my car was ready by 1PM. And the price to repair the broken exhaust pipe was very reasonable.

The owner, Jim is a reputable mechanic. I have heard great things about this location. I've had my Cadillac serviced here several times. Jim provides good quality work at a reasonable price. Really like the the jolly ville store at 183 Jim super Needed exhaust leaks to pass inspection Instead of charging me for whole exhaust he was able to weld over trouble spots much cheaper Fast and good work

The very best of the best you get here. Transparency, honesty and quality. I took my car to get a fuel pump replaced and they did a lot more than what they expected they even fixed my license plate that was crooked! Jim is always honest and very transparent when it comes to giving you a quote and Patrick - the mechanic- is a phenomenal guy when it comes to getting stuff fixed very knowledgeable and very quick! By far this is the best Meineke I have ever been to! I highly recommend! Be aware that they do stay very busy so it might take a week or two for you to get an appointment but it's totally worth it!

My daughters, husband and I have been going to Meineke on Spicewood Springs for many years and never would consider going anywhere else. Jim and Company are always friendly, reasonably priced and above all, trustworthy! When we take our car to Jim’s, we know the problem is fixed and that is that! It is so comforting to know that we have a crew who is professional and knowledgeable! When my youngest daughter lived in Dallas, she always drove her car back to Austin to be looked at and repaired by Meineke! She never even entertained the thought of finding someone in Dallas to look at her vehicle! Jim, Don and Company are the best in the business and they always treat us like we are family!
