I had a very positive experience with Meineke on Burnet Road. I came into the shop concerned and not knowing much about my car's condition. John (who I believe is the manager) was so friendly, accommodating, and considerate. He helped me understand what was going on and didn't make me feel stupid even though I have little knowledge about cars. I ended up having to cancel the appointment I booked and John was very understanding. He allowed me to keep my deposit down on a part I had partially paid for a later date and time. I really recommend Meineke on Burnet Road and I can't say enough good things about the business and John! Thanks!

The lady I talked to about the service on my Car, was knowledgeable and informative, her professionalism was very noticeable and one of the reason I continue to have Meineke service my vehicles.

The service for the most part was fast and smooth. I went in for an oil change. I was told I had a large nail in my tire and before I was offered a replacement tire, I informed them I had a warranty at Discount Tire and that I would take it there. I get to Discount Tire and they do not find a nail anywhere. I wasted gas and time from work.

Ok,prices are high .I bought a coupon book from a door to door salesman for various car services thinking I'm saving a few dollars turns out to me as a scam I was quoted a price higher than three other places without a coupon so to me the coupons are pointless and only are good for oil changes for me ...next time I will not buy anything else from them or nobody else that's hustling door to door .

The vehicle was in Austin with our son and we are not in Austin. This Meineke was so helpful initially by phone that we felt confident sending our son there to have them look at it to double check what might be wrong; they ordered the parts and had it repaired the next day… And this was not a small repair but a very important one that needed to be done right away. Awesome Shop!

Amazing service! Called around to a few places to do an a/c check and this was the only place that didn’t require a payment. Problem ended up being resolved quickly in the parking lot and didn’t end up having to pay anything.

Beware, this place heavily inflates the price of parts! They priced a $250 part for over $900. Obviously, I walked away.

Came up to check a rattling sound in the back of my car. You pay a diagnostic fee that can be applied to the repair. Like most repair shops, they give you a list of other repairs to do but no pressure given on which ones to do . Friendly staff.

Great service. Christian Brothers said it would $1500 to fix my AC, brought it here and they found a blockage and fixed it for just the inspection cost.

The manager, David S., was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The team is transparent throughout the entire process, even taking pictures to show you exactly what's being done. They truly offer the best value for your money. As always, Frank is outstanding—he treats my car with the utmost care and consistently delivers exceptional service. I highly recommend visiting this location! It’s hands down the best in Austin!

Can’t thank the team at Meineke enough for there help! They were able to take in my car, diagnose the issue and fix it in the same day. On top of that they provided a full inspection of other areas within the vehicle which lead to us discovering a leak I otherwise wouldn’t have known about. Very professional and friendly group!

David Stokely was very helpful and he showed me what the issue was on the brake pads and the rotors. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. The prices aren’t so bad either so that’s a plus as well.

I should have asked my cousin on my step dog's brothers side to fix it at this point...yeah you read that right. PLEASE PLEASE ONLY go to this place for oil changes and changing out wiper blades and even STILL check their work. The new Manager.. David... "luckily you don't have a leak, the whole AC compressor will need to be repaired.. only $2,000.00" on a 2017 Nissan Altima. Thank you God for extended warranty coverage. Only for the car to begin sputtering with my 1 yr old daughter in the back seat less than an hour of picking up my car after WAITING 3- 4 days for my car back. I took my car to Town North Nissan and they found that I not only had a LEAK IN MY AC COMPRESSOR they "just repaired" (they just installed-- out $2000.00 on insurance coverage-- they don't care they're just mechanics apparently) but my transmission has to be repaired. Granted they're 2 different issues.. but why put in the compressor KNOWING that it would fail because I DID HAVE A LEAK???!!! yall don't give a damn.

True professionals. I took my 1995 Land Cruiser in for a few things prior to a long road trip. Their communication was excellent and their work was even better. They took me under the vehicle and walked me through each item one by one and we got to talk it all out. I'll be going to them regularly for my needs. Thanks guys!

We have used this Meineke location at Burnet and Anderson Lane two times now. And it has been such a great experience. They quickly earned our trust. It’s a friendly staff, and I think the prices are very fair. They have become our go to mechanic for our cars.

The staff here were incredibly helpful and transparent! The manager David took the time to explain things to me in a way I understood and patiently answered all of my questions. The mechanic Frank took good care of my vehicle so I could get back on the road.
