I had the best experience at this store. I hate that I can’t remember the guy’s name who helped me. He was so courteous and so professional. He had an unusual first name, & said he rotated between three stores. He diagnosed the problem, advised me to take it back to NC - I was visiting- to have it repaired, as it is a huge job, and will take a long time to complete. The honesty was so refreshing that I told my daughter to take her car there when she has trouble. In our discussion the technician really gained my confidence, which I think is unusual when you are dealing with auto repair. I would be a repeat customer if I lived in the area!

Courteous. Kind. Care-full Couldn’t have asked for a better place to limp to after breaking down on the highway an hour away from home. Sean was open, honest, and extremely helpful in assessing the problem and coaching me to the solution. Thanks for making a challenging situation just a little bit easier to handle.

I gave a 3 because of the costumer service was excellent but the mechanics don’t have any ideas about Europeans car I sent my BMW X5 with engine problems and they told me there’s nothing to do about my car the engine it was Down that I need it to buy a new engine if I want it running again imagine 12 to 17 K but I was trying to see if I can save some money cause I always send it to the dealer ship so I did I towed to the BMW next thing you know my car will be ready by tomorrow 3pm expensive yes but the engine just stop running because someone else but not the engine itself

I went to three other meineke but would not accept me I went to this location and it would gladly to change my oil... I was suggest this location to all my friends and family moving forward. The service was excellent and the salesperson was very kind

I’ve been coming to this store for at least 20 years. The front desk people are very friendly and I’ve also worked with them for years. They have always provided good service for the three vehicles I’ve brought to them. Even though I moved out of the area, I still come back to this store because I am comfortable with them. I first dealt with the regional manager, or a regional manager, who was great and really knowledgeable. I also dealt with the new store manager, really friendly guy. The work took longer than expected, but it also started two days earlier than we had thought, so that's a win in my book.

dropping it off take an entire week Staying with a Car they were only do your oil change your brakes Everybody in there will lie to you Get a second opinion, down the street before you commit to anything . they turned and , burned every single manager, and every single customer !! If you do car shield, I guess is the only thing that’s good about it -but you will absolutely pay a big chunk afterward.

It’s not a good experience. I was surprised when they said the technician didn’t know inverter coolant refill light and my oil changed light warning light is still on after the service. I guess the technician didn’t reset the oil life mileage.

Made an appointment to get my brakes fixed. I like the early drop-off and the convenient location. Mr. Joe was a highlight, very friendly and professional. You can apply for a Meineke credit card and use it immediately (and the 6-month financing deal is great). My car was ready the same day and I've got a new fave mechanic shop.

Great service came in for oil change and they looked over my entire car to let me know of things that need repair now also in the near future. They also give you an estimate of how much everything will cost . The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the wait time is long even if u make an appointment but again they do go the extra mile to inspect your car free of charge so it more good then bad . Will continue to use them .

My car only has about 25K miles on it. I hit a dang bump in the road and dislodged the flange on my muffler. Dealership wanted almost $800 for a new exhaust system + labor! Meineke had a guy who does welding and since the flange wasn't rusted - he was able to do the repair for $225. So grateful to the advisor at another store who knew about this guy and helped me get an appt the next morning. Thank you Chris, Alex and Neil!!!
