My 2019 GMC Canyon had the dreaded GMC transmission shudder. After worrying how to fix it I called Adam at Meineke. Talked for two minutes and he said bring it it. After checking it out and identifying the issue they replaced the fluid and did their magic. Drove away with no issues that day. Will NOT take my family's vehicles anywhere else!

Honestly I had not thought about Meineke before. Wow was I wrong. The customer service was outstanding, from the initial phone call, to the in person consultation to the final phone call. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I had originally went to the dealership. The dealership didn’t even try to fully diagnose the issue with my truck. Meineke was very thorough and gave me straight forward options. I will definitely be using the Coursey location again.

If you want honestly and professional service, I highly recommend Meineke Car Care Centers. Both locations, Coursey & College, are owned by Richard Lacour, and Richard exhibits the characteristics of a Christian with his word and actions! I've used the services of both locations, however, mostly at the Coursey location. Adam, the manager seems to go extra miles to assist customers. Raymond, who usually service my car and make sure I understand what is being done is like having my own, personal car doctor. I've been extremely pleased with his care and knowledge of my car. This entire team seems to take care of their customers as if they were taking care of a family member.

I waited a while but it was worth it Adam took the time to do the work I needed, two coils And a radiator. This was a big job but I'm well pleased with everything also I got a call to make sure everything was working Properly and I thought that was very generous and kind meinek, is the place to do Business. Mr. Adam Smith’s personality along with his excellent customer relations skills makes my experience a pleasurable memory. He helped me get through the funeral of my 2007 Patriot Jeep on 11/22/24 due to a cracked wire-harness etc. He held my hand and instructed me with the claim arrangement. Y’all need a commercial with him as the promoter similar to all states Logan. Give him a raise.!!! He is the reason for repeat customers. Thank you Mr. Smith.

The staff, Adam, was super attentive and cool to fit me in on a day of muffler repair. He was super responsive to let me know when the job was completed and worked with me to get my car back same day. However, the actual weld job was honestly pretty bad. Luckily it's on a pretty old car but charging $185 for below is pretty wild in my opinion.

Highly recommend. They have absolutely amazing customer service. I own an Audi and my battery needed to be replaced last minute. They were able to get me in and out within an hour plus they fixed another unexpected issue.

they did absolutely amazing work on my car. the issues may have been minor compared to most people but it meant everything to me, especially since they fixed the issues in just 2 hours.
