We have used this shop 4 times in the last 6 months .Every time we were treated great . The service was excellent and very fast . Bernie is so friendly and caring ! He definitely has wonderful people skills .I recommend taking your vehicle to Meineke for all your vehicle problems.

I came in to get a wheel speed sensor. I had to wait on the part to get delivered. While waiting all the technicians were talking to me and we had great conversations. Everyone that works here is friendly and professional. Tony did a great job and was very a funny but professional guy. Bernie the manager is a very nice, respectful, knowledgeable and funny guy. Their prices are very fair also. After the part got delivered they got it installed in great timing. I would recommend this garage to anyone.

They are not friendly. I went there because my truck wouldn’t start. They told me the problem was the fuel pump and the fuel pump module driver and asked for $1,600 to fix it. But I went to another shop, and they checked my truck. It turned out that wasn’t the problem. I paid only $300, and now my truck is running fine. BE CAREFUL…!!!!”

Shout out to Mr. Michael & Big Time Bernie for saving my Thursday morning! What I thought was an “under the hood” problem turned out to be a plastic bag melted to the exhaust pipe of all things!! We laughed about the situation and Mr. Michael assured me that my car was indeed in great condition and that once the bag is completely melted off, the smell will be gone. STOP LITTERING FOLKS!!

Bernie was extremely kind and patient with me. Reasonably priced. Communication was top tier. They kept me informed about everything that was going on with my car and what steps were being taken to resolve the issues. Received a defective part and had to reorder but they made sure they got my repairs done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be returning if I have any future problems with my car.

Meineke was the greatest, fixed my mom's MKZ Lincoln air conditioner, only a leaky valve. Service was timely & they washed my mom's car. I'll be bringing my car in next.

Tony took care of my car issue (malfunctioning lighter) quickly and effectively. The front desk scheduled me for an early appointment before my scheduled road trip. The Staff was friendly, professional and exceeded my expectations. Top notch service with a smile despite the oppressive Louisiana heart. Bernie and the crew is fantastic. My wife and I brought in our Honda civic hybrid with the dreaded P0420 code. Of all the places I talked to, they were the only ones interested in getting to the root of the issue. They were super honest with me. It was an extensive job, and Charles did a ton of work for us, but the problem is truly fixed now and I’ll trust them with every car I’ll ever own. Good help with cars is hard to find, but you’ll certainly find it here.

Great customer service! Got my vehicle service done quicker than estimated and gave me updates periodically throughout the entire process. Won’t be going to anyone but them to fix issues with my brakes, oil changes, etc.
