Horrible customer service. Made an appt for NYS inspection online for 7am (which admittedly seemed early, but it’s an option it gave me): 7am: I arrive and the shop is still closed 7:10am: I check Google Maps for the shop hours and it says the shop opens at 7:30am 7:35am: shop still not open, although an employee has been in a out 7:45am: I call the shop and it connects me with customer service, who tells me the shop opens at 8am 8:05am: shop door opens and I’m told “the guy” doesn’t show up until about 8:30am 8:30am: the manager/cashier tells me he’ll get to me when he’s done with other customers (who clearly have not been here since 7am). When I ask if he can give me an ETA he says he can’t but also lets me know that I’m free to leave if I don’t like it. Well, I need this and have invested a lot of time already, so I stay. 8:45am: work starts 8:55am: work ends

Love this place. I went there for a flat tire and they were very accommodating. They shared I can go down the street but I let them know i trusted them. Ever since then I am very happy to go to them.

Amending my review: The staff are really knowledgable and friendly. I always felt taken care of when I bring my car here. The below was just a one off: Normally have a decent experience at this location but tried to make an emergency appointment today (4pm on a Saturday) and was told they close at 1pm, despite their hours saying “open until 5pm”. Now I have to wait until Monday.

Kamal is a professional mechanic/business owner. He is very clear and does not mind answering questions to make the repairs more understanding to the consumer. Finding an honest mechanic is not easy but I trust Kamal/Meineke with any big repairs that my car needs. His staff is friendly and are mindful to wear their masks and keeping the waiting room clean for customers. Car repair is very expensive but at least I have the confidence in knowing they did a good job.

Kamal, Angelina and team are great. Our Subaru had a brake light come on and we needed the car for long distance driving on a Saturday. They took care of the issue same day and we were on our way. Really great!

Came here a few years ago for brakes and an oil change and found them reasonable on price and great with service. So when I needed some engine work done I came back. I’ve been coming back ever since for the inevitable problems a 12 year old vehicle will have. Kamal and his team do a great job.

I had been having continuous issues with my car's check engine light and they helped me through it with courtesy, fairness, and quickness. I really appreciated it and felt like I was being treated fairly and with transparency, especially for someone without a lot of car knowledge. I will return to them (whenever my old car inevitably has a new problem) and recommend them to friends.

I’ve gone to the folks at this Atlantic Ave Meineke for a few years now. They consistently provide reliable & quality service. They have helped with tire patching, brakes issues, emissions system problems, oil changes & more. They’re always very lovely to work with & I highly recommend them.

Made an appointment. Went to drop my car off during the hours they advertised as open. They were closed. Waited 30 minutes and finally gave up. At least advertise the right hours.

I have brand new jeep I very rarely drive. Because Iam use to having things and chose not to act like I am not use to anything.. So this month June 2024 my nys inspection was due. You guys failed me for emmission part, but you said I needed new blades that cost me $50. What a hustle you still had me to pay something and still left me without a sticker. That same day I hit the same license plate number you failed for $100.00 so the $37 didn't matter. Strangely, when I brought an older well kept jeep to you I passed but you spoke the same blade nonsense. To My God be all glory, you lost another customer. See ya.
