The guy at the counter was very accommodating and he explained everything to me. He was very kind and still passed me even though I had a small Crack on my driver's side mirror. He fixed the windshield wipers. The rubber part was coming off and he also fixed my left rear tire which had a nail in it. He was fast and didn't over charge me. Cool dude. I would go back. Hopefully he's there.

I went here twice, the first time I was told to sit and wait. I waited for 45 minutes, until I had to use the restroom (in which he told me to go ahead but there wasn't any tissue) so I said I would be back. Yesterday I went back and this time he took my information but told me he has to charge me $150 just to look at it and take it for a test drive. However he would waive that fee if I get the repairs done there. After which I asked if I could just get a wheels alignment in which he said you would have to come back for that. I even showed him coupons that I got from the website but he said those weren't good there. Smh do better for your customers the economy is already hard on us...so quick update I did call to see if y'all could try to better assist me and was told the same thing on the phone and was told that he did indeed remember me, so why even reply to my review. I'm confused

Worst customer service ever the guy behind the computer. He doesn’t even want to talk and let me wait for 10 minutes after that he said oil change cost 160$ do you believe that?

I was there to drop my car off Wednesday morning. I order dealer parts because after market parts was 18.00 difference. So I went there with parts Wednesday morning. They was really affordable and I'm very happy with the work.

These people is a big rip off! Came here on Friday with my outlander suv to get an estimate on brakes and roter for one rear side of my vehicle. The guy came with a hand device check the area where I pointed out required service. He told me give him a minute as he went inside the shop! 3 minutes came out making mention the parts alone not labor will cost $675 and jokingly said it’s almost the same as the parts for a bmw. Immediately I said that’s way too much because I have already did my pricing research on the parts at auto zone and online brakes is $40 most expensive is $51 and the rotor $81.. I will never visit these people going forward because clearly they thought that day would have been easy money.

Went in for tires and Was a lil pricey. And the appointment I made on line didn't mean anything because it is first come first served. No appointments. Through it all they were courteous.

Just went for an inspection and was told I can't pass because my rear brakes need to change. I found it odd because i had recently visited the dealership a month ago and hd my car maintenance done. I had a full report done. I wanted to hear a estimate and the mechanic told me 600 dollars. I called my dealership and they told me it's a scam it doesn't cost that much especially because my car only had 23k miles on it and the work doesn't cost that much. I left paid the inspection and got the brakes done for 200 dollars went back and got my inspection passed. RIP OFF 600 DOLLARS IS RIDICULOUS
