My intentions were good but unfortunately the outcome was not what I intended. I decided to take the little ones to Coney island since I had seen on the news the amusement park had recently reopened. What I found was that it was not open on the week day. With a car full I started my return back and went up a street being repaved and thats when my muffler broke. There were many fix it shops and mechanics in the area but something told me to check for the closes "Meineke" since they specialize in mufflers and guarantee their work. I called and explained the situation including the make and model of my car. The guy assured me he had the part. While driving at a snails pace to get from Coney island to this Meineke I was thinking when I pull up dragging a muffler they are going to gouge me due to Id really wouldnt have no other alternative but to pay. To my surprise the guy assessed what I needed and it was reasonable. not cheap! and not out of this world expressive. Reasonable! I was and am pleased. I got a new muffler and a years warrantee. Over all I had a good expierence. 5 stars! (04-29-2024) Still continue to take my car here when I want the job done right. Just recently took vehicle here and again, they got the job done right. (06-22-2024) Update. Recent visited, with vehicle and once again this Meineke resolved the issue. (10-04-2024) Update. Had trouble with a power window not working. It was a bit pricey, I guess windows are pricey to fix. Nevertheless I'm pleased with the repair. They did a good job.

Extremely Disappointing Service I went to Meineke for a simple oil change, but it quickly turned into an upsell nightmare with overpriced repairs. Reluctantly, I paid to get my car back as soon as possible. Within days, the airbag light came on despite no incidents. When I returned to have it checked, they demanded $100 just to look at the issue, plus further charges. The dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place if you value honest service and customer care.

Have been going to this Meineke for past 7 years, and always satisfied with all service to my car. Mechanics are professionals. Comforting to know that any mechanical problem which can arise on any given day, I can call them and bring my car in the next day.

I thought i got an oil change. 1 month/1k miles later my car is acting up so I take it to the shop only to find out the oil is almost empty (meineke drained it and didn't put more in) . Was told sorry and all they can do is give me another oil change for free as if I'd ever come back. Personally check what you can before leaving here.

My most recent visit to Meineke was great! The staff is polite, friendly, and truly cares that my repairs are done correctly. I made appointment in advance and it was honored. I am happy to refer my friends to them!

I needed the annuall car's inspection, therefore, I drove my excellent car into the garage. The owner wasn't in that day and the employee, intentionally failed the inspection. Yes, I paid the penalty, but that day was the last day I'll ever use that garage again, unless the boss will call me to have the inspection done!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with this Meineke location. It was a small mechanic shop but the service was fast and efficient. I got a car oil change there and my car was driving stronger and smoother after that. This location is a bit far for me but the quality of service makes it worth the while for me to go to Brooklyn and have my car oil changed there again. The pricing was also fair.

My car was overheating, I called the dealership but it would have been 3-4 days before they could even look at it so I found meineke who was able to take it right away. Woody tells me to bring it on in. I’m informed that it is the radiator which they replaced but it was still having the same issues and now it’s the whole engine that” overheated “ so now I’m trying to figure out how I’m going to pay for an engine. Finally decided to get a 2nd opinion and took it to the dealer only to find out that the thermostat was stuck closed and the radiator cap was not holding max psi. I will NEVER Go back to meineke for anything and they should be ashamed of themselves for calling themselves mechanics! Do better and stop trying to hustle women

Brian and the Meineke team did a great job in getting my repairs done in a timely manner. I made a morning appointment for my service and the work was complete by 1pm same day. Very professional and thorough.
