Went in the day before to get wheel bearing fixed it was $650. The day after 1hr into running errands the muffler started making a loud disturbing sound. I called Meineke told them they must of damaged something else. I was told to bring my car back 4 days later thats their earliest appointment😒 So NOW i cant drive the car for 4 days And never had been driving everyday for 3 plus years before going to the 83rd South Chicago Meineke location. I will leave another review my appointment But im very disappointed

Overcharging for work smh... my serpentine belt snapped while driving down south chicago. I immediately stopped and decided to visit this shop following day. Upon arriving I explain situation and Instantly Sergio the front desk guy says it might be a power steering pump as well or pulleys before even looking at car. My spirit immediately tells me that I will be overcharged. I leave car at shop and receive a call that my water pump was broken as well as belt. And was trying to qoute me for a $700 repair. This was strange as I never had a overheating problem with car. Mind you serpentine belt replacement would have been quick and cheap.. far as labor and parts. I Strongly Believe my water pump wasn't destroyed but they removed and replaced it to add labor charges to bill. Dropped car off 8am I was called at 3pm. For what I know for a fact was only a serpentine belt. God don't like ugly. I'm using my experience to inform others. Go elsewhere... this place clearly is trying to rob you. They even make you sign receipt because it confirms you agree to price. I know for a fact all I needed was a belt. But these guys added extra work to charge more. Scammers.

They told me hour and half for an alignment and oil change I came back 2 hours later and they only did the oil change I love 20 minutes later they called me talking about they forgot to tighten something I go back they told me to take 10 minutes took them 25 minutes I went to work and at work I opened my hood and had oil on top of my engine and I was low almost a quart of oil this place really does not do good service, someone from that company has reached out to me on here and told me to come back to them I would never take my vehicle back to this place

When you go here make sure you check your receipt to make sure they using the correct products for your vehicle because receipt says opposite of what they supposedly do but I was told all receipts are generated like the same/ that way voided my warranty because of the receipt and they wouldn’t give me verification that they used the correct products they were rude and blocked my calls

Terrible experience. Incompetent technicians. They failed to perform necessary inspection I asked for. Gave me a false diagnosis and kept mentioning theur main priorty was their Amazon client.

They tried to charge me $800.00 for items I didn't need. I went to a competitor, and received the same service for 3/4 less.

Excelent custumer service. The people here were all very friendly. I had to stay a few hours because of issues with the delivery of the parts I needed, but Christian made sure I was confortable and have a pleasant time. In those few hours I felt like I was part of the teem (they even offered me food). The prices were resonable and the job was done quickly. This is a very reliable repair shop, and the mechanics are great. I had a great time here. I recommend this Meineke to anyone.

Had an appointment for 7;30 a.m., went to the facility it wasn't open. I waited a couple of minutes. I saw an employee and informed him I had an appointment he said they didn't open until 8:00 a.m. Waited for them to move amazon trucks. Went inside and told them my issye. They couldn't see me until 11:00 . I took off so that I could get the fixed.
