I returned to this location after using it twice under previous management—primarily because I trusted them. I was told I required services I didn’t need. When I said no, they suddenly “found a coupon” for a minimal discount. Not swayed, I carried my vehicle to another trusted mechanic—used by the men in my family— and spent 1/3 of the price. Do right by women!

First time purchasing a car like this on pictures. But they gave all details of inside engine and the whole car. Showed any defects like scratches etc. No accident car. Delivery in Schaumburg in the amazing glass tower. My new car is everything they advertised. .....A few things to look after but they took care of it and covered it on warranty

Product and system knowledge must be better trained and customer contact. Rep said called me for pick up and left message but he called the wring number and never tried again resulting in no car for 2 days.

Robert recommended complete replacement of rotors & pads. Who are you going to trust? I said OK. Bill came to $2,100. He seemed honest. At least now I have safe reliable guaranteed brakes.

After hitting a curb on a wet day we took our Honda to another mechanic who quoted 1100 to replace strut, control arm, outer rod, and inner rod. I came here to get a second opinion and Jose and Paul were very honest and said only the outer rod and alignment appeared to be required. Jose took me under the car and showed me physically what they were seeing and pointed out what they were going to repair. While car was being repaired Jose recommended specific tires I can get on my own in the future. The repair was successful and Paul went with me on a test drive to make sure no noises or issues with driving. I appreciated the honesty when a handful of other mechanics could have taken unfair advantage. It was also impressive having honest people working and the mechanic Paul has over 50 years of experience as a mechanic. The prices are reasonable here. I recommend this shop for those who need honest assessment of work required.

I recently posted a comment about, this shop for not asking what I was in for. That was a big misunderstanding, I thought I was right bur after talking to the manager I can see that i was wrong. My apologies for misunderstanding, I will continue to go back for future repairs for my vehicle.

I came here to get my A/C recharged and Luigi was fantastic. He was very kind and accommodating. He was also a pleasure to talk to. The service was great. I was even offered chips and water, while I waited for the work to be completed. I will definitely be a returning customer for all of my future car needs! 10/10 I highly recommend this shop!

Luigi made the whole process so easy and he was spectacular. He offered only the necessary maintenance without pushing me and explained me with a very basic terminology so that i can get it. They deserve more and more!

UPDATE: they refuse to refund you for work they left undone within (much more than) the promised timeframe. Even when the car broke down as a result and we had to get it done elsewhere and could not physically bring it back. They simply charged hundreds of dollars for work that was never done at all. Currently I have spent a month trying to get a refund; I have been promised call backs and received none; complete incompetence and no luck getting money back so far. Please DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible experience. Told me they would do the job in 2 hours. Kept the car for two days, and didn’t finish the job. The car was making strange noises afterwards and we had to bring it back, they kept us waiting another few hours, and when we got the car again the noise continued. The price is a complete scam. Do not go here

Robert, an assistant manager always takes really good care of our vehicles and family. Nelson, a technician, also provided great service when checking our brakes and rotating tires noticing a potential leak in one of our tires. He performed extra work for no charge to ensure our safety. This place is fair, professional, and service oriented. Highly recommend and they do not pressure you into any work. Very trustworthy!
