This place should be its own dealership mechanic shop that doesn't bleed you dry in order to keep you on the road so ur day isn't completely ruined. It'll take some time to get everything worked on, but the entire staff will not disappoint, especially the manager Kevin, who'd be at one end of the shop to the other in a second as a working man. You'll be able to still breath once prices are shown for the repairs 💯

I’ve had the worse experience imaginable at this Meineke location. I’ve been getting car repairs for over 20 years and I have never received such terrible service. I took my car to this location on 10/12/2024 due to failing the emission test. Kevin could not tell me what was wrong with my vehicle after completing the what he referred to as the “Christmas list”. He told me that he was having something top secret done to get my car to pass after being in his possession for 2 1/2 weeks. He wouldn’t discuss what he was going to have done over the phone. I visited the shop and he said he had a guy do something to the car’s computer that would get me to pass the test. The car still needed to be driven to get the monitors to ready status. After 3 weeks I told him I needed the car and he said that’s fine just drive it prior to the test and I owed him $400. I left the car an additional week and decided to continue to use public transportation because my plates are now expired. He initially told me that me bringing it in on 10/12/2024 was more than enough time for him to get it fixed. He called me on 11/08/2024 to let me know the car passed the emission test and it was ready for pick up and now I owed him $575. I make it to pick up my vehicle on 11/09/24 and he tells me after tax I now owe him $590. I asked what happened this week for me to now owe you an additional $175 when you didn’t put any new parts on the car and last weekend you told me $400. He asked me if I had $400 cash on me and I told him I did not but I could go to the atm to get cash so I did and once I returned I was out the door at $400. While driving I noticed my headlight on my driver’s side was out which was not out prior to me dropping it off. I went back to Meineke to let him know that my bulb was not out and I could tell that my headlight had been tampered with due to the dirt on the safety latch being partially wiped off(yes, it was clean). I brung my car for emission work my headlights shouldn’t have been disturbed at all. Him and I took out the headlight in front of the shop. I opened the access and pulled out the bulb and it was a blue bulb that had blown. I have never put blue bulbs in my car. While taking out the bulb he told me that my headlight was from the junkyard and it was no telling how long that bulb was in there and he told me to turn it over. When I turned it the headlight over the bottom of it said 07 Impala. My car is a 08 Impala and I have never had a reason to have my headlights replaced. I searched my autozone purchases and I was able to find my receipt in the app that showed my 2 pack on Sylvania bulbs that I changed myself back in 2018. Kevin took my my driver’s side headlight that’s was in very good condition and exchanged it with someone who had a very foggy and dull headlight from a junk yard for whatever reason. I wouldn’t have known if Kevin would’ve made sure that bulb was working after he put the bogus headlight in my car. I went back to Meineke to show him my headlight purchase from autozone which showed I purchased sylvania yellow bulbs and not a blue Phillips bulb and that he referenced my headlight being from a junk yard when mine were not I was told to let it go. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt that if it wasn’t him that changed out my headlight assembly it must’ve been the guy that’s been driving my car for the last few weeks trying to get my monitors ready for the emission test. I highly suggest that everyone stay away from Kevin and this Meineke location. I was without my vehicle for a full 4 weeks just to end up with the my headlight assembly stolen and ultimately my car not fixed because all he did was manipulate the car’s computer. I wish I could give zero stars. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Terrible. I brought my vehicle in for service in July for ABS light. It is now almost the end of October. I have paid almost $1,500, taken it home 3 times to only return it less than 24 hours later. The manager has the nerve to act belligerent with me and after holding my car all summer. Instead of fixing the problem he threatened to tow my car that I picked up yesterday and just had towed back to his shop! NOW I have to pay someone to tow my car home.

The prices here at one point in time were lower than those charged by the dealership. As of late they have begun to creep closer to the price of the dealership. The problem that is the lack of expertise. If you want simple things done to your car you can come here. The problem lies in the lack of expertise. They do not have mechanics who are experts on the most modern of cars. They have made mistakes that they will not refund you for. I was charged $1,800 for an unnecessary repair. They were unable to professionally diagnose what was wrong with the car. In addition they are unnecessarily charged me. I spent a total of $2,400. And they would not refund me for the mistake they made. I drove my car home with the problem still in my car. Once again for a simple things you may get a decent price. But their shop needs updating to the latest technical standards. They need an updated staff trained on the latest modern vehicles. Their diagnosis of problems is terrible. You will pay your money and go back home with the same problem.

This place had GREAT service! Not so proud to say I know jack sh!t about cars and how they work…but they inspected my areas of concern, provided GREAT detail as to what needs attention and what doesn’t. You know when you go to an auto mechanic shop, and they always try to sell you crap you don’t really need…this place DOESNT do that! I greatly appreciate the transparency and their efforts to make a customer experience as easy as can be! Definitely 10 out of 10 WOULD recommend! Will be going back for sure!

Kevin is always so knowledgeable and ahead of the game! Other places did not have the machine needed to charge my Honda Accord's AC, but Kevin did! I called, and he told me to come right in. He took care of my car in a few hours and saved me before our most recent heatwave. Thanks, Kevin!!!

Kevin was very helpful, patient, and upfront with me. 6/20/24 As of today, I need to take 3 stars off of this review. I brought my car back because it was pulling to the right once I got 30mph. I explained to Kevin what the problem was. My car sat at the shop on Saturday 5/18/24. It wasn't fixed. I returned on Monday 5/20/24. My car sat there until 5/22/24. I went back on Tuesday 5/21/24 test drove my car, returned to the shop and informed Kevin that the car was still pulling. As I approached the shop on 5/22/24, my car was in the same spot that I had parked it in the evening before. I do not understand how someone can ask you to keep returning to their shop, keep the car the entire day and still not have an explanation for you. In addition, Kevin has been short and bit put off by requests to fix my car. I feel that my car should be a priority and that he would want his customer to continue driving an unsafe car.

A friend of mine recommended this place to me. I've been there several times, and each time was great. I was able to drop my truck off, and I was offered a ride home during one cold-weather visit. I recently had brake work done. Although I paid more than I wanted to (primarily to me holding off on the repair until it was almost too late), the work was done in a timely fashion, and the brakes are as good as new. They helped me to pass my most recent emissions test, too. Update: I brought a different vehicle, and got the same excellent and timely service. Additional update: I brought my GMC Terrain in for exhaust system repair. As always, the speed and quality of the service is unparalleled. I am grateful for this business and service that they provide. New update: I brought my GMC Terrain in for brake work. Kevin told me on a previous visit that I was in need of brake work. By the time I brought my vehicle in, the front brakes were grinding terribly. My back brakes needed repair, too. At the end of the day, all brake work was complete, and I remain a thoroughly satisfied customer.

One week to finish an oil change on my 2012 Highlander. Tech broke his tool and blamed the vehicle which they did the oil change. Waited for days to get the tool off Amazon. Shorthanded, I was told. Finally the correct socket and it came off. Multiple trip and frustration. No discount

This was my first time here and I will be back. Kevin was very knowledgeable and Chris was able to get my flex pipe issue taken care of within an hour and half. And that's with me getting there after 5pm on a Tuesday. I liked the fact that they actually showed me my car issues, before and after the work was done, which made me understand everything better. Also, the cost was much cheaper than me taking it to Firestone. All in all I definite win!
