This is my second time getting an oil change here. Good people. The young lady at the reception has really good customer service skills. She made every customer feel comfortable and welcome. Her and the technicians are doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work!

This was a little out of my way but Groupon had a good deal on an oil change so I gave them a try. To my surprise the experience was much better than could be expected ! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They got my car in bay before appointment time. Had a nice waiting area with good selection of complementary drinks and wifi. They provide a detailed inspection of car with photos and recommendations as to what your vehicle may need . Great experience would highly reccomend! Thank you

Great service. They go my car fixed in in few mins which the Toyota dealer said would take a day, who never responded on the status of the parts order. Highly recommend this place.

Went for an oil change with a Groupon, amazing price. Every service comes with a full detailed inspection with pictures. Maddison is a very kind and informative person. Answered all my questions and gave me a tire replacement quote within minutes when asked. She represents Meineke well. Will be going here again and recommend friends and family 🙏

I went in for an oil change and I left with them telling me I had over $3,000 in repairs needed on my car! Said I have 2 different leaks one being oil, but I park in my driveway every single day and there is not 1 drop of oil or any other fluid in my driveway. I was actually quite offended.

They had quoted and replaced only the exhaust parts that were needed, and stuck to the quoted price. Other places quoted replacing the complete exhaust at almost three times the price.

I received great service on my old car. They repaired by air conditioning fast and at a reasonable price. The cost was less than quoted before repair. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend them to others. I will gladly return if I need more repairs.

It was a GREAT experience!! First Madison the young lady who answered the phone did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and she has excellent customer service skills and management is very lucky to have her! When I got there they took my car at the scheduled time and did a quick job of it and the inspection was great as well, letting me know what else needs to be repaired when we can afford it!! I haven’t been to Meineke in years and I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised and I will be going back again to get the things done that were recommended. Also the repairman who worked on my car and changed the oil was very helpful and kind. Thank you so much Meineke for good service! Ginny K

I had a great experience with this car shop for an oil change and tire rotation. They offer the best deal in the area, especially with a Groupon. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. After I had to wait because they couldn’t fit me in at the end of the day, they gave me a generous discount. I ended up paying only $35 for a full synthetic oil change (6.0 quarts) and tire rotation, which usually costs around $100. Highly recommend!
