Meineke is always good for oil changes. The vehicle inspections are good as well to keep customers informed about the condition of their vehicle. The guys at this location are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Took my car in for an oil change and they put locktite on the oil plug. Next oil change i had an appt at jiffy and they couldn't get it off and screwed it up more. Took it back to meineke to fix the mistake and they made it seem like it was jiffy's fault but it was screwed up before I took it to jiffy. They gave me an oil change for free and I was happy until my car has been leaking oil ever since, 3k miles ago, still leaking. Mightve over filled it... I've collected all oil and have almost 2 16oz bottles filled just from my driveway, not including going anywhere else. Oil levels are still on point so been keeping an eye on it. Honestly, I'm never going back here just so they can biff it again. Just taking it straight to subaru dealership to have it fixed properly. Only good meineke I've been to was in Virginia, a far cry difference than this location.

Amazingly helpful, the manager Steve went above and beyond to help with my issues. All his team jumped in to help me get my car off the trailer without damaging it. Great atmosphere in the work place very friendly helpful and respectful. I highly recommend this team of conscientious workers. The problems with my car were identified quickly and I was given several options for a solution. Thanks guys

I had taken my car is to get some exhaust work done but after a month a clap came loose, and the exhaust shifted. The pipe melted part of my bumper. I went back in and the guy at the counter was helpful and didn't give me any issues about getting it corrected. Now I just have to see what can be done about the melted bumper

I have been going to get my various cars serviced in the last 10 years and I have always been treated well by all staff members. Everyone from technicians to management have always been very courteous, friendly and respectful.

If I could give it more stars I would the staff there is just phenomenal.... I want to give a shout out to Steve, Preston,Conrad and the guy with the long blondish hair a shout out this week I have had a rough week with everything that has been going on with my car and they made me feel welcomed and assured me that I was in good hands and that they will make sure I have a running vehicle in no time. 10 STARS FOR THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE🙌

I asked them to look in to 1 thing and instead looked into the whole vehicle. Couldn’t give me a direct answer and still charged me $180 for looking into things that had nothing to do with my issue, and asked another $3100 to “fix” my vehicle. They didn’t fix anything. So basically a $180 waste of time.

I’ve been going here for years. These guys have always been great to me and have always taken good care of my Kia Soul and other cars I’ve owned. Their prices are way cheaper than any other place I’ve looked into. Jake really tries to give you the best deals. Go check them out.

They couldn't diagnose the problem. Didn't need a battery to start the vehicle. Needed a black terminal that I installed myself. Thanks never going back here again

This location is the only place I go to get work done on my car. The new owner Steve is amazing. He’s always 100% honest with me on what my car needs or doesn’t, always tries to find the best price for me and does things in a timely manner. I got quoted by another shop to work on my car for 1800$ and work that would take five days to complete. Steve got me in and out same day, while managing to complete the job for 1700$ with extra services I needed done. The workers there are always thorough and produce quality work. Absolutely the best!
