These guys were great. They got me in and out fast when four other mechanics couldn’t see me today. Geno and DJ were awesome conversationalist and they got me squared away for a good price. I will definitely be coming back and I recommend them.

They all but challenge their customers and they do not complete their job I sent them of my car to them to have my car with a leak from the all pain they did not change the all pain but charged me forward they said they was gon to change a hose in my car for the radiator hose and charge me $300 for a hose did not put any antifreeze in it but they charged me $45 for the antifreeze they did not put 5 qt all of them are called but charge me $60 for fireworks at awful and then I had a broken mirror date Saturday I fixed the mirror forward and then charged me $250 for a broken mirror they're labor cause over They're labor costs $1500 in all I've spent $2000 for a busted faded Idaho's so tell me a dad goo

Brought vehicle in with tire low pressure and sensor malfunction. Mechanic diagnosed the issue and said he could have it done as soon as the work order is generated. Then I find out they have to get the part from their warehouse and in the meantime my truck is in the rack and my tire off. 2 1/2 hours later the sensor is fixed.

Came in for a new radiator and was provided With a more than fair estimate compared to 3 others I had gotten. Not the cheapest but In the middle of all bids i received. Was completed in a timely manner per the quote. Will return for any future auto needs.

Edit: I posted this review on the wrong location initially, but this is where it happened. I have been contacted by the manager, but still waiting for the issue to be resolved. I purchased catalytic converter direct fit from Summit the mechanic installed the system but damaged oxygen bun holes and cross-threaded the flange studs he ...didn't tell me what he did ....I seen him trying to use a rethreader and didn't fix the system. I paid for service and he didn't attempt to fix what he damaged. I wouldn't recommend this place due to how the situation turned bad due to the mechanic's negligence. I paid for a service that went bad, I had to replace manifold studs and a whole new catalytic converter system. I called the mechanic numerous times and all I got was him telling me he's going out of town and will repair it, and he won't charge much?! It should've been free of charge to fix it, when he damaged the system and manifold studs on the flange. The whole experience cost me more money for something thar should've been a simple repair.... Instead of the mechanic owning up to what was done due to his negligence. Edit 9/23/24 I brought the car back the next day, and the technician said he doesn't want the boss to know, so he will fix it at his house instead. I have proof and receipts and txt messages from him going back and forth for 3 weeks after the repair. Only after that, I had to go someplace else. I would never go back there.

My car was repaired here and I am extremely pleased with the work. DJ rebuilt the engine to my 2004 Impala and it runs beautifully. I think they did a great job and recommend them to anyone.

I made an appointment and they were able to give me a service appointment for early the next day. Prior to the any work being performed, I was given a quote for the repairs. When the car was ready later that same day, I received a text, and e-mail and later even a phone call to let me know my vehicle was ready and good to go. Compared to other experiences I’ve had regarding auto repairs the overall impression of the Meineke on Northwest Highway ( across from Bachman lake) was very very positive. Good employees , professional, knowledgeable.

The best experience I've had dealing with mechanics. My AC went out and I couldn't find anybody to even look at it. Finally got here at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. The mechanic checked it out. And gave me an estimate In just fifteen minutes. He was able to Get the job done without waiting at all. Definitely will come here again if my car needs work.!!!

This is the worst place you should go to. They know my car is having some issues and the alignment won't last any long if they perform alignment. They didn't tell me anything. I found out after inspection what issue is and they still did alignment so they can grab money. The alignment they did was not even good. He didn't fix it properly.

I am so happy with my service. I took my car to four different places and I got the repairs done for a fourth of what every one was quoting me. Geno helped me and I am so amazed they have such an amazing team! I will only be going to this location moving forward.

Owner was very respectful to me as a customer. Before starting my state inspection he informed me I would need to replace a part. He ordered and luckily got it same day so after he called me I was able to go back and get it installed. Otherwise would have been in a crunch to get maintenance/inspection done on Monday morning before traveling out of town.
