After my frustrating experience with Firestone, I decided to try the Meineke just down the street from my office, and I’m so glad I did. I spoke to the manager, who said they could fix my flat within 15 minutes once the tech returned from lunch. The tech actually arrived earlier than expected, fixed my flat in just five minutes, and the manager even helped put the tire back on using their lift and tools—which took him about 20 seconds! It saved me a ton of time in the cold and snow, and the positive, helpful energy from the whole team was fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with the speed, quality of work, and customer service I received. Highly recommend these guys to everyone—well done, Meineke!

In this day and age, it can be challenging to find a trustworthy mechanic. Not only did I appreciate the transparency, but appreciated the thorough explanation and options provided. If you want an honest assessment and someone who has the best interest of the customer, I highly recommend this location!

After an oil change gone wrong at my local Midas, I chose to come here. It was super easy making an online appointment to drop off my van and they got SO MUCH done in a day and I was able to pickup the next day with all my dash lights resolved and my van running smooth. They were super kind and informative and I really feel like they went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. I will only be coming to this location in the future with both our cars. I also wanted to shout out Salvatore for his customer service, the communication was top tier and I wish I had come here sooner.

I had a dead battery that your software pricing gave me a two X $ amount on the battery, in addition, quoted a quantity of two, and the half hour of labor that I was charged took an hour and a half to perform.

I love the pictures that the business provided showing me the damage to my shocks and struts otherwise I might not known how serious it was. A customer for life now.

This shop had same day appointments available on a Saturday and were able to replace my AC refrigerant line and do an AC recharge within 2 hours. Juan was super nice, didn’t mansplain or talk down to me in any way, and they stand behind their work with a warranty. Price was the same as other shops in the area and they upload photos of the inspection as they evaluate.
