I am a regular for oil changes at Meineke on S Broadway. Milton, in his first week at this location, was terrific and showed me photos of things I need to watch and plan to repair/address in the future.

Latino people Don't go to this place , is you don't want to be treated as a trash for The technician "J" will treat you as it . With certain level of racism ,I never had been treated as I did and the other people working there noticed that he was racist and bad attitude as I owe something I paid for be treated like a trash. Never going back there .

My tire pressure light had been on for awhile, so I decided to stop in and see if I could get some air. While I was waiting of course, I had the opportunity to see the waiting area was CLEAN and REARRANGED! It was like a whole different store. I was also shocked to see the Store Manager, Milton, whom had serviced my car before at Centennial as well! He is always attentive (but not pressured), knowledgeable, and very informative with what my car needs whether at that moment or soon to come. He told me this is his store now and even though I live in Parker, I will DEFINITELY be bringing my vehicles and telling people I know, to come to his location!

Well my car needed a lot more work than I expected (new control arms, struts, alignment, etc). It was more than I had planned on and Milton listened to what my financial situation and he very kindly guided me thru what needed to be done/why. Long story short, Milton was a huge help in helping me figure out how to get this done. Thanks again!

Brought a car in for an oil change. And after picking the car up, my check engine light came on!!! But it was normal before I dropped it off… and then after doing research, I found out that they had put the wrong oil in my car! I called this place and the owner, BRIAN, was very rude, extremely incompetent, and refused to fix the problem. Save yourself the money and headache. My partner brought their car to Brakes Plus, and it was wayyyyy better service and cost less money!

They do good work and were able to fit me in in a pinch but the most recent experience left me feeling like they thought I didn’t know anything about cars and were hustling me. 2 hrs to lift my jeep and visually inspect the transfer case? Come on now.

Update 10/2024: More consistently great service from this team. I needed an oil change and pre-travel check-up. They were thorough and efficient with taking care of my Tacoma. Much appreciated and sad I'll be in a different state after this! Update 2/2024: My check engine light came on and I took my truck in for a full diagnostic. The shop found that it was a thermostat malfunction and they were able to replace it the same day. Details and photos were provided throughout the day by text. Highly recommend! 10/2022: The staff was friendly and gave me a full check of my truck along with an oil change. Great service and I will be back!

Oil change took almost 3 hours, even with an appointment. Staff was flirting with me the entire time, so I left instead of sitting in the waiting room.

The manager, Brian, was rude and incompetent. He insisted that he needed to obtain permission from the rental company to EVEN TEST the battery. He conveyed that this could take anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 hours and badmouthed the rental company. I stepped outside and called the company to confirm if that was correct. It seemed pretty weird to me. The rental company I was renting from debunked that quickly over the phone and explained that their agreement with Meineke explicitly stated that they have permission to test car batteries, then send results, and then take any necessary replacements from there. When I explained that to Brian, he didn’t even acknowledge me. I just received a text on my phone stating that my electrical system was to get tested. He knew that the rental company had sent me a voucher to pay for a new battery but refused to look at it. He also knew that AAA had tested the battery when they had to give me a jump previously that afternoon and had informed me that the battery was bad and should definitely be replaced asap. After walking to grab lunch across the street while they were to test the battery, I called back to the Meineke shop and Brian told me the battery was just fine and that I’d probably made an error like leaving a light on (which was absolutely incorrect). I asked in surprise if he was sure and he replied that of course he was. The battery died again the next day and that time I requested to take it somewhere else so I didn’t have to deal with Brian’s attitude. Firestone a little farther south on Broadway was fantastic. Respectful staff that didn’t talk down to customers. They said my battery was at approximately 270 out of almost 700… how do you miss that? They even fixed a different issue that had been caused from the battery dying earlier that day at no charge. I figure Meineke cost me about 4.5 hrs of my life I’ll never get back. I’m just thankful that I didn’t get stranded somewhere out of town at night by myself. But, hey - if you’d ask Brian at Meineke, it would have been due to MY error - like leaving a light on.

These guys are great. Got me in for an oil change and some repairs the same day (on a Saturday!) and wrapped up in just 2 hours. I was very grateful and impressed :)

Took my car here for an oil change recently. I was told I needed a brake flush and elected not to get it at that time to do my research beforehand. I ended up taking it to another garage where they told me I didn't need that and showed me that my fluid was not dirty but completely clear. It's sad that some garages are still taking advantage of females.

Well to start I’m poor and had to replace my struts and my tie rods by myself in an industrial section where I couldn’t be disturbed. I called right after and was happy they could do an alignment so fast. I explained I didn’t grease up my tie rod due to the fact that I do don’t own a grease gun. The man behind the counter said no problem. I was quoted $150. Then he said halfway through that if they had to adjust the strut it will be extra. I said no. I had explained when I walked in that I replaced my struts and tie rods. I left there and thought nothing of it till a day later and realized my tie rods were not greased like they said. They were closed on Sunday and had to buy a grease gun and do it myself. I have to drive far to work during the week.Just trying to live in these expensive times. Bad mistake! I will never go there ever again. It was desperate.

Probably the best "car hospital" in Denver. You may think, "It's a chain" but my goodness are they great. They send detailed reports. Don't try to screw you over. You can approve or not approve the work. No one here tries to upsell you. They just give you reasonable explanations and options. And they go further into detail about "why" they are giving you the options. Brian in particular is fantastic. Runs a "transparent shop". I can't recommend these guys enough. I don't even live in the neighborhood anymore and I still go here. They'll get you more than sorted and keep you apprised along the way.

Went to Meinecke a few days for an oil change with a $20 coupon. There were additional fees that were not disclosed: disposal, shop materials that added several dollars to total. Not good.
