Dale and the other team members were super helpful and kind! I was able to get a detailed explanation & copy (including prices) of repairs my car needed. I was able to talk through my payment options and never felt deceived or pressured to do/pay more than I needed. I also received several coupon offers for being a first time customer! Great experience.

This place left my car a quart low on oil after it was towed there for assessment after Take 5 in Burleson messed it up. They changed the oil without my consent and didn't add enough oil.

Computers were down (can't help that!) so it took a long time. I gave them a coupon for oil change & free tire rotation - they did the oil change but nothing else. I was under a time frame so I left.

Dishonest about car part conditions/prices, told me I had a bad part that needed replacement and proceeded to show me where, upon looking at it myself.. it did not need no type of replacement or repair as it showed minimal to no signs of wear and tear. Even quoted me an absurd price of $1,700 for parts and labor for a part that costs $200-400 max. Not sure if they assume you’re not educated on what vehicle maintenance and costs are but I will no longer go to this location for any type of maintenance.

Hard pass. Keep driving. Shady business. In reply to the person below calling themselves the owner. Why would I call the same location who could not perform an alignment the first or second time? Said no to a refund, but hey bring it back by and we can put it back on the machine... For what? Waisting time... After replacing the control arms and struts on my 2014 silverado I went to the location with getting an alignment. Checked in and waited in line to get an alignment. After my truck went into the shop the young Asian tech performed an alignment. After he performed his alignment procedure he removed the computer alignment equipment of my truck wheels and made an adjustment to the passenger tier-rod. This is not an acceptable practice when performing an alignment on any vehicle. It goes outside of using the proper procedure I.E. the computer to get everything square. After that he took the truck for a drive and noted the alignment complete. I then drove the truck for s drive and found the following: Steering pulls to the left while driving. Steering wheel not centered while driving. Went back and let the shop manager know the truck alignment is not complete. He had the tech attempt another alignment. Same process and the same symptoms after. This is not me or the trucks first alignment. It drove straight before service was Preformed. Additionally the truck now has knocking cv joints when turning and still pulls to the left. Not good. I'd really like a refund

I spoke too soon Meineke will not take responsibility for their error. Calling the corporate not a good idea. I got my brakes done here they did not put my lugs back on properly so my tire came off while driving. I had to get a tow after being on the highway for an hour. They failed me severely not only at this location but also the Lancaster location. You are liable and should take care of customer who trust you. Oh yeah their customer complaint line is fraud also don't bother just lawyer up quickly!!

This wasn't my first visit to Meineke. They greeted everyone that came through the door. They even helped me get my cart in the door when I arrived because I was breathing hard and struggling. The place was really clean. What I liked most of all is: they take pictures of your vehicle on all sides, the hood, trunk and the inside and notate the findings before any work is started on your car. They checked out my car, I was having to boost my car every time I had some where to go. The problem was the alternator. They checked all my fluids and they noticed my serpentine belt was getting slick.Long story short I have a 2008 vehicle with 48 thousand miles on it. They found other things, but for everything they found, they took pictures of it and texted all of them to me, so I could see it with my own eyes. They told me what it would cost for the repairs and alternator and let me decide if I wanted the work done. I love those guys, they're all friendly, knowledgeable, professional and stand behind their work. Once they finished my car, they pulled it up to the front door and the guy at the counter offered to help me get my cart out to my car and put it in trunk. I call that going above and beyond what your job is and good customer service. I was telling my brother about my day at Meineke on yesterday and he said "I wonder if they have one in San Antonio". By the way my car started today and drove like a new baby. Thank you to the team at Meineke in Fort Worth on Altamesa.I'm sorry that I didn't get their names.

This was my first time visiting only for an oil change. The guys were friendly, courteous and professional! They inspected my vehicle and offered solutions to other issues I had going on, including easier payment options. I’m glad that I went in to this location… Thanks guys!!!👍🙌🏼

Great customer service. Went for a four wheel alignment. The price was reasonable. I also was given information on other things that may need servicing in the next couple of months. This was my first visit and I enjoyed the service.

Had appt today 7/20/24 at 330pm for oil change... Left around 430pm was alerted by a driver that my hood was smoking. Went straight back front desk gentleman came out and I explained what happened he said some oil spilled just wasn't properly cleaned technician came out cleaned it up quick explained everything. Drove home didn't see anymore oil checked level looks good and clean. Wanted to say THANK YOU and that I appreciate there quick response, hard to find places where people do actually care. Will definitely be going back for future services. Again appreciate what they did means a lot. Wish I would have gotten names of technician that did oil change and front desk gentleman they went above and beyond.

I took my car Melineke on 6/28 to see why my car was running hot when I ran my A/C It cost over $800 and on 6/29 Saturday the ac wasn't working. I took my car back at 11am 6/29 and was told the freon was leaking. I paid $100 for a diagnostic test. It's another $400+ to have that fixed. I said ok but I wasn't settled so I went back and ask why didn't the technician see the leak, the answer was it was overlooked. What? Your technician was working all over my car under the hood and he didn't see that. They ask me to come to my car to show me what was wrong. It was so visible that it had a leak. I went to get my ac fixed and the tech didn't check the freon? Come on now. My a/c was cool before I took my car to them that wasn't the problem. The problem was the temp gage went all the way up whenever I stopped. Now the air is hot. I'm going to Pray about it and follow the directions of how God leads me. I spent too much money there to have a nonn function ac.

The experience was superb! I think they might be under new management since the last time I was there before the pandemic. At that time, it was uninviting inside and the girl at the front desk wasn't professional or courteous. I went in, Friday, July 12th of 2024, and it was very clean and inviting. The desk associates were VERY professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain or answer any questions. There was no feeling of being roped into something that was pointed out to you. The issue was explained and, the decision to have them take care of it was totally left to you to decide. They would even take you back to the work area and show you what the issue was. I felt very comfortable with what was explained to me. I went in to get my inspection, but was shown some other things that I had suspected. It confirmed my concerns. I also had a bag of fruit inside my car and they even took it and stored it in their refrigerator until the job was done. I was satisfied with the amount charged. It's my recommendation for anyone who is looking for a good, professional and trustworthy place to take your vehicle for repairs to go to Meineke on Altamesa between Crowley Rd and McCart in Fort Worth. Especially if you are a woman.

Three hours… tried to tell me I could only have brake pads if I also replaced rotors but when I said I would leave, they miraculously agreed to just brake pads. Overall horrible experience to be topped off by getting in my trunk later and finding that they had lost all of the wheel lock attachments that were mine.. 0:10. Never going back.

Took 40 min on state inspection. Nit picked every small thing on my car, failed me and provided me a list of things that they could fix and I would pass… over 800$

Meineke has always been a great place to take my car, but I’ll never take mine here again. They could use some reeducation and maybe some continued education. I had a simple fix to your mess up and your reluctance to help or even admit that you’ve done something wrong makes me never wanna come back there again.
