I must say it is a breath of fresh air to find an honest shop took it in for an alignment and there were other issues causing it but still have warranty so it will be fixed but the fact they actually showed me what was wrong and video as well so I could have proof of what's going on they didn't try an talk me into letting them fix it they weren't pushy at all very friendly and personal got to give these folks respect cause it was truly earned ,,,will be going back in the future for sure keep up that integrity and honesty ,,, score 10 out of 10 for this shop !!!

Meineke’s staff has been very professional and courteous every time I have needed them to service my vehicle. I called Meineke after my vehicle broke down, and Paul answered the phone. He listened to my concerns, and stated that he would update me once the vehicle arrived and the technician performed a diagnostic test . The technician quickly got to the problem, Paul explained it to me. Then after several hours I received a texted stated that my vehicle was ready. I will continue to recommend Meineke for all of my general vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Thanks for quoting 190 dollars to install this air flow filter that I already purchased! I am a good customer and the labor should cost. Labor cost is between 37 and 46 on the average! I found someone to install for 60 dollars!

I'm a repeat customer for a reason. Dan has helped keep both my cars running. Even takes responsibility if the issue was not corrected the first time. I recently went in because on a road trip back to the area my alternator belt was shredded and of course screwed my battery. They were able to take my car first thing monday morning and had me fixed up and out in little over n hour. The prices are reasonable (battery not so much but supply n demand and make of car dictate those prices). Overall I trust this Meineki location because of Dan and his staff. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Ok for me it's the integrity. I had an issue after the repair of my vehicle. The next day on my way back to Meinke I was prepared to give as good as I get, that's usually the norm. That's not what happened DAN was the poster child for business integrity.I APPRECIATE THE ENTIRE STAFF. Thanx

Just purchased a vehicle in Feb it broke down less than 4 months later took it to the dealership and it broke down 1 week later. I read the reviews on Meineke Car Care on Bryant Irvin in Fort Worth BEST DECISION Ever. I had to have an engine rebuilt, Catalytic Converter replaced, and a few other things completed. This all took ruffley a week to be completed and not to mention they offered finance to help with such a large job. My car runs like it's a brand new car and honestly just because I'm a woman they didn't try and get over on me with pricing. DAN IS THE MAN AND HE HAS A GREAT TEAM OF HONEST RELIABLE MECHANICS. If you are looking for honest mechanics this is your place. Wish I could have given 100 stars SPECTACULAR BUSINESS !!!!!!

Front desk guy could have communicated better about what was happening with my car He did try his best with getting better pricing with my warranty The mechanics definitely made up for that little communucation hiccup! My baby left driving alot better than she came in! Thank you guys for the awesome customer service and work on my car!

I am not sure what to think. They checked my AC and said I had not pushed the AC button. Still wonder why it only cools if the temperature is set at low.

This place was amazing. I hadn’t taken my car anywhere besides the dealership to get fixed, but it needed to get a new fan for my AC to finally work. The second I entered I felt relieved because the gentleman who helped me was very personable and made me feel comfortable with the process. He explained everything that was going to be done to the car and offered a few deals on things I would need to get done on the car in the future. They had the repair done so quickly too! I’m definitely bringing back my car here in the future! (I wish I knew the name of who helped me but he was wearing vacation shirts so I hope he has a nice vacation! 🤣)
