This place is all about money if you look at The owners responses to each persons reviews you can see he/ she don’t care either . They are using the same response template on each customers review . Come on seriously instead of giving the same responses make it personal it’s nice to know your not just another Profit to their business but a human being. No I do not recommend they want to charge you and if you decided not to get their service they will make your issue seem life threatening so you will get work done there . I rather go to a mom and pop mechanic shop were they actually care LOOK AT THE OWNERS RESPONSE TO EACH REVIEW THERE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME SO IF THE OWNERS DONT CARE CAN YOU EXCEPT THEIR EMPLOYEES TOO .

I will bring my car back here anytime and everytime there is a problem. Anna is such an awesome person. She went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. She taked to the warranty company many times, so I know she was on hold for hours with them. It sure took all the frustration off if me. This is the only time ever that I haven't felt taken advantage of by a mechanic. The people who worked on my car also did everything they could to keep the cost as low as possible. That is just the kindest thing in the world. Thank you so much! For once it was a pleasant experience getting my car fixed. You are the best!

I've been bringing mine and my wife's car here pretty regularly and the service has always been phenomenal. I don't know if there was a change in management or what but today I went in for a routine state inspection and was told that they "do not have their inspection guy there today." Fair enough, I'll go elsewhere, no problem. But they insisted I drive 15 minutes to "their other store." I reluctantly agreed because they have always treated me well and she told me repeatedly they would call over there and have me in and out. I spent 15 minutes driving there and another 10 waiting for the gentleman at the desk to acknowledge and get me set up in their system, which is apparently different?, only to be told it would be a 45 minute wait to get started. So now I'm almost half an hour from home for a relatively basic service that I'm not even getting because it will be another hour of waiting. The whole interaction was just so surreal. Maybe for routine service they're great but if you need a state inspection there are just to many places to do it to justify spending an hour being jerked around for it.

I’ve been here 3-4 times and I usually have the same person work on my car and I prefer that, This last visit there were new faces and no usual ones. Service was great but too many increases in price.

I left a review although perhaps not one you wanted to hear! I was overcharged about $100 for a battery replacement and have recommended to friends and family that perhaps they should avoid this shop.

These guys tried to tell me I needed an alternator at twice the price that the dealership would have charged me for it- when I told the worker to not do anything till I called around to check pricing and maybe have my car towed to another shop, he mysteriously came back and said it was just the battery after all. He had a very convoluted explanation of why the battery then vs. telling me it was the alternator in the beginning. Here is some advise to business owners, if you try to screw people you will not have a very successful business. It always comes back to bite you. Negative info travels farther than positive news. If you take care of people and are fair and don’t rip them off, your business will flourish, and you will be a better person/business/company.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in the automotive industry. They had my car for 3 months. Lied to daily from 3 different general managers. They made promises over and over and couldn’t ever follow through. Tried to scam us out of additional money. My only saving grace was a screen shot from back in September. Gordon the district manger has no clue how to manage or how to handle customer complaint issues. I am absolutely disgusted by the level of ignorance from this staff. Last but not least their ability to fix a vehicle properly is nonexistent. They had to send the car to a different shop Because they were too incompetent to handle The job that they took on. I truly feel a high school automotive shop would have probably done better and been a lot faster. Their lack of knowledge put my son’s life at risk when they did not put the car back together safely and properly. Please think twice before ever taking your vehicle to the shop.

I must say it is a breath of fresh air to find an honest shop took it in for an alignment and there were other issues causing it but still have warranty so it will be fixed but the fact they actually showed me what was wrong and video as well so I could have proof of what's going on they didn't try an talk me into letting them fix it they weren't pushy at all very friendly and personal got to give these folks respect cause it was truly earned ,,,will be going back in the future for sure keep up that integrity and honesty ,,, score 10 out of 10 for this shop !!!

They will provide special attention to your problem and will bring all of their willing to solve your problem and experience to provide fast, and well delivered solutions. They were so great that they even told me to take their personal vehicle to finish some last minute errands! Try it for yourself and you will feel the excellence in Meineke.

Meineke’s staff has been very professional and courteous every time I have needed them to service my vehicle. I called Meineke after my vehicle broke down, and Paul answered the phone. He listened to my concerns, and stated that he would update me once the vehicle arrived and the technician performed a diagnostic test . The technician quickly got to the problem, Paul explained it to me. Then after several hours I received a texted stated that my vehicle was ready. I will continue to recommend Meineke for all of my general vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Thanks for quoting 190 dollars to install this air flow filter that I already purchased! I am a good customer and the labor should cost. Labor cost is between 37 and 46 on the average! I found someone to install for 60 dollars!

I'm a repeat customer for a reason. Dan has helped keep both my cars running. Even takes responsibility if the issue was not corrected the first time. I recently went in because on a road trip back to the area my alternator belt was shredded and of course screwed my battery. They were able to take my car first thing monday morning and had me fixed up and out in little over n hour. The prices are reasonable (battery not so much but supply n demand and make of car dictate those prices). Overall I trust this Meineki location because of Dan and his staff. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Ok for me it's the integrity. I had an issue after the repair of my vehicle. The next day on my way back to Meinke I was prepared to give as good as I get, that's usually the norm. That's not what happened DAN was the poster child for business integrity.I APPRECIATE THE ENTIRE STAFF. Thanx

This shop did not reach out to SilverRock to get approval for any repairs. Literally just had my car and took the tires off for nothing
