Do not waste your time using their online appointment scheduling. I made my appointment 4 days in advance, even received a text message early in the morning reminding me of my scheduled appointment. Took the day off, losing a day's pay. When I arriveded, I'm greeted by a clerk who claims she has no staff available except for doing state inspections. A complete waste of my time and loss of wages. Instead of filing a worthless complaint with meineke, I just may have to take them to small claims court. Meanwhile I'll have to scour the area to find a reputable business willing and able to conduct catalytic converter installation.

This place is great in everything, the staff is hospitable, the prices is incomparable and the quality care is amazing. With every oil change my car purrs like a kitten and drives smoothly. This is a must go to place. Check it out yourself you’ll be satisfied guaranteed.

A great place for all your car needs. They stuck by me when my catalytic converter was stolen. They were not available any ware. So temporary converters were put on with no extra charge until they became available, about 6 months later.

I called and scheduled an oil and filter change. When I arrived at the scheduled time they took my vehicle in short order and had me out quickly. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful.

I love this place! They take good care of my car and at reasonable prices. Crystal is so nice to deal when I come in for service and she provides excellent customer service. The service technician is also excellent. I highly recommend this Meineke location on Old Louetta Road.

I made my 1st appointment online for 8/28/24. When I got there...they were closed. I went home and made an appointment for the next day 8/29/24. When I got there I was told that their system was down and they couldn't pull up my appointment....plus they didn't have but one mechanic on duty. I asked the lady behind the counter when could I get my vehicle looked at....Ms. Crystal said Tuesday, September 3rd. They were closed for Labor Day. I asked her was she sure, because I've made 2 blank trips already. She apologized for that. Wednesday she had a emergency....my condolences. She said give me your number and if anything changes I will let you know. I got there on 9/3/24 and finally found out what was wrong with my vehicle. Ms. Crystal and the mechanic was very friendly and helpful explaining everything that was going on. I need a new AC Compressor. As soon as I am able.....I will take it back to them to fix it.

Was very happy with the service I received. I waited on my car as they fixed my air conditioner. It needed a blower and we were able to find one the same day. i would highly recommend this service center.

Crystal took care of us from the very beginning with an alignment. Got the car back and it was not right, she said bring it back. Turns out there was a bad tire and they pinpointed the problem. Got new tires the next day and it rides like a dream. Thanks Crystal and the Meineke Team!

I loved Meineke! I was pleasantly greeted up arrival! They did my inspection and oil change in 30 minutes. They were super honest and didn’t tell me I needed a bunch of stuff that I didn’t. They also took the time to show me a recall on my car and to go to the dealership.

The woman in the inside behind the counter is amazing! Unfortunately one mechanic was being very condescending to her and wouldn’t let her finish her sentences. She was wonderful and helped me with my inspection and changing my windshield wipers. I just wish she had mechanics that supported her and worked with her. She has an enormous amount of patience while trying to help me. Unfortunately I was there for a while due the lack of organization from the main mechanic and him being a micromanager. I went on Thursday August 15 around 1pm.

So unfortunately I now have to edit my review. As it has been less than a month and I am now having to return to a different auto mechanic place to fix the issue. So here are the series of events. On June 15 I brought my car in as I was having a maintenance light come on and unfortunately no one prior to June 15th could anyone let me know what is wrong with my car. So upon arrival the day before I stopped in and spoke with whom I assume is the manager or owner. She informed me I could bring it in the next day which was the 15th of June and we could just start with a tune up as no maintenance light or engine light was on. I was okay with this as it needed an oil change anyway so I just did a full tune up. Fine in 4 hours the car was ready we paid Crystal who was at the counter and who was very pleasant the whole day never have had issues with Crystal (top notch customer service) Once I drive off the lot it ran beautifully so thinking this was the issue the whole time great. Problem fixed. Only after 10 days later the maintenance light and check engine light came on. So I took it to auto zone to get scanned and it came back with a code of P2135 throttle body issues. Took in that Monday the 25th and they had my car all day the 26th. Crystal unfortunately was not there it was who I assume is the owner/manager. Whom after the diagnostic was performed called and told me it was the accelerator pedal sensor. Although did state it could also be the throttle body assembly, but we would start here first. She told me that my car would be ready after 3:00pm. So I waited the whole day with no updates. I finally called after three to get status only to be told that the part had not arrived yet they were still waiting for it. So at the very least I was a little annoyed as I could have made arrangements to find other means to work the next day as I was already taking a whole day off of work to get my car fixed. She said they may have to keep my car over the next day. Again if I had more of a head up I could have figured somethings else out. At 5:30 that day she calls me to let me know my car is ready if I can be there by 6:00pm (closing time) she stated the engine light was off and they test drove it and calibrated the new pedal/sensor. I said I have to order a Lyft I’ll try to be there by 5:45. I showed up at 5:50, paid and drove off the lot. But it just wasn’t getting any acceleration, I knew something was wrong, but gave benefit of the doubt that maybe I just needed to drive it a little to break in the new part that was just installed. Only for 48 hours later to have gone by and my maintenance light is on again this time while driving as well as the check engine light. At which point I called the shop and explained what was going on. We now are $900 in and have nothing left for more repairs. I explained that I could not take anymore time off so I was gonna bring it in that Saturday only to see both the maintenance and engine light were both off. So I said okay maybe it’s just resetting or something. Until this week where I have had nothing but issues. So I had to come up with more $$$$ to get repairs done only to show up today July 6th at 7:30 am and the place wasn’t open. Nor were they open at 8:00. Called after 8:00am and still no answer. So I decided to take my care else where. Needless to say I am very frustrated and disappointed as my very first visit went very well. It has been less than a month and I am on a third trip to get this figured out. I hope no one else has any issues as I have never had problems with Meineke back in Las Vegas.

Fantastic job. Just went in for an inspection, but they got me in and out in 15-20 minutes whereas everyone else in the area had a 45-60 minute wait.

I recently had an encounter with Meineke Car Care that was a mix of exceptional customer service and some disappointing technical setbacks. First and foremost, I must commend the staff for going above and beyond during a severe storm in Houston, ensuring that I safely got home. That level of care and commitment was truly appreciated. However, my visit to Meineke stemmed from an ongoing issue with my car's batteries. Initially, another auto shop had tested my battery as faulty. Since it was under warranty, I was advised by Meineke (were I purchased and had it installed) to have it replaced at Advanced Auto. Went to Advanced Auto only to find out that is what I was not supposed to do. I needed to go back the Meineke. Without a retest, Meineke replaced it, but problems persisted, leading to the discovery that the auxiliary battery was actual faulty battery. Despite arriving at the Meineke at 3:00 PM, it took almost two hours before they realized what was the issue, and even then, the urgency seemed lacking. I was pressed for time, as I had to attend a meeting and pick up my daughter. The service dragged on, and even with the replacement of the auxiliary battery, my car failed to start due to rapid battery drain. Discover later on after getting my car to a more advanced shop- it was a fuse that blew, causing the vehicle to rely solely on the auxiliary battery, which quickly drained. Communication was another area where I felt let down. The next day, thinking that the issue would get resolved with—I found myself constantly reaching out for updates, each time being reassured that they could figure out the problem was and fix it but without any substantial progress. It was a frustrating experience that consumed an entire day and a half, which could have been avoided if I had just had my car towed to the original auto shop who handled my car without issues that next morning. While I am thankful for the ride home post-storm, I am left with a vehicle that still needs fixing due to what I believe was caused by mishandling of Meineke from resulting in a blown fuse. I had no issues prior. Now, I am faced with additional costs to pay for, which is why I am reaching out for a resolution. I would appreciate contact from corporate to discuss how we can resolve this matter.

This is my place to go for my car inspections and other issues. This people differentiates from others due to their honesty and quality of service. The owner gives you good advice. A year ago he told me not to spend one more penny in my car and instead sell it. I like this people!
