Overall I was completely unsatisfied with my car service on 11/30/24. The only reason why I am giving at least 2 stars is because the manager Rajiv stayed 2.5 hours after closing to fix the damage that his staff made to my vehicle. I appreciate him staying until the job was fully done effectively. I recommend more training and support to the staff as no vehicle should leave the shop “repaired” yet making noises with parts hanging and scratching the surface of the ground. Thanks again to Rajiv, but please do provide more training and personally check every vehicle to ensure that it has been repaired properly.

The mechanic did a good job replacing the radiator on my 2005 Lincoln.the guys up front were friendly and helpful... I know it was big job. But the only problem I had , was that it seemed a little expensive 1000$

I am currently in the process of re doing a job that a friend of mine paid $1600 for this shop to do, being a ASE Technician myself the quality of work this shop puts out is inexcusable. Attached are photos of the work that my buddy paid for, they completed the work and sent it back to him with 3 missing exhaust manifold bolts and tried to say it was his fault for “bringing them bad parts” the parts have nothing to do with this problem they snapped the manifold bolts in the head and shipped it out and are refusing to give any money back. DO BETTER

Friendly, but deceiving! I was told that my oil dip stick was dry with no oil showing, but no leaks. I played along because I knew I was going to need one soon. Then I was told that both front ball joints needed replaced. After setting an appointment two days out, I decided to get a second opinion. Come to find out only one was loose the other side was as tight as it could be. I won’t be going back. One of these days these shops are going to figure out when you treat your customers well and honestly you will have more business. Word of mouth will get you every time.

Simple oil change and inspection. Work not done well, had to return to shop right after service for corrective action. Manager completed work... I then checked my own air in tires, all low. Overall, nice people, bad experience. Will not return.

Absolute pros at that shop,let me tell you!When anyone goes to a mechanic,theres a fair amount of worrying,from fear of price gouging and the such.But at that location,they took the fear right away with their empathy for our problem,but with no over selling a product or service at all.And they didnt even charge fir the inspection.Top notch in my book.Thanks Meineke for being the pros you advertise as!

Don't go here if you plan on having plans. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change, so I just got my keys back and left. Had multiple employees standing around smoking and doing nothing outside.

They were all very kind, respectful, and professional. I just randomly stopped in to ask a few questions. I ended up making a same-day appointment to have my oil changed. Which took no time at and included a free inspection, in which they did not push any additional jobs on me. A text is sent to your phone that includes and link. The link is your estimate broke down by job, showing your cost for parts, labor, and any addition supplies. And you can refer to this estimate for 30 days for free.

Call 9 am sure we get you in. I was there by 10 am we just need couple of hours then get your car in. Just need to fix turn signal so it was getting so text me around 4:15 ish didn't see untill 4:40 ish showed me everything that they could see that's wrong with it probably spent 2 hours of their time to tell me things about the car that did not ask for car is 22 years old just fix my turn signal then they told me they probably would not get it done so my whole day was built off of a lie you believe me Do Not take your car to the on W. Washington St. Indianapolis usually go to Plainfield store but 15 miles out of my way wished I did they have never let me down

Went in for an oil change and got suggested I should get a brake fluid flush. Brakes were working perfectly fine but after the “flush” it feels as if I have no brakes. I have to push the pedal all the way to the floor and their suggestion was to bring it back for a part replacement costing $1700. Also got showed where my car was “leaking” brake fluid, but I have yet to see a drop leak since leaving this place. You will never have me as a customer again and I will steer everyone away from here. Thank you.
