The most expensive fuel filter I could find anywhere in the world is $80 the cheapest is $25, they charged me $150 and another $150 for 15 minutes of labor. My appointment was at 3pm, my truck didn’t enter the garage until 5pm. So overall it took them 2.5 hours to do a 15 minute job, I was severely overcharged, and they called me Jamal instead of Jamar after writing my name down multiple times lol. And he said he gave me a deal for being patient. Thanks

I do not even want to give one star to this location… let me start by saying I have taken my vehicle to this location for a while now for oil changes, they told me that my rack and pinions were “leaking bad” and if it went out I would lose power steering and it would lock up. Me being the person to trust in what I am told gets up the $1,500 I was told it would cost me, make an appointment bring my vehicle in on 10/4 and was told it would be done by 10/5 evening at the latest. I was called in the am on 10/5 and was told it actually wasn’t my rack but it was the ENGINE COOLER LINES…… so I said go ahead and fix it. I had also brought up that my air bags weren’t working , if they could change them over to stints. They said yes, altogether all the work was $2,450. They call me on 10/6 and tell me that the wrong cooler lines came in so it would be no later than 10/7 afternoon. Then on 10/8 they call and say that for some reason the battery light came on and they wanted to check into it. Well I got off work went up there and they said the light has went off. I was checking my vehicle out and the guy asked the other guy to try to hook up the scanner to see if tht port would scan bc earlier it wasn’t getting enough power bc the battery was acting up. He hooked it up and layed it on my truck I looked at it and it said “scanning” and had a bar like it was loading….. he never told me abt any codes but then got the battery tester out and told me the battery was bad. As I am waiting I look down and my headlight assembly is broken, so I was talking to my friend abt it and she said well the other light looks worse. I walk over to look at it and it is broken to ON BOTH SIDES!!!!!! So my lights were just sitting in there. I was crying turn around and see now my SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT IS ON…… which clearly was not when I took it to them (the pictures they took of my dash when I dropped it off proves it wasn’t), so now I am seriously upset that now I paid them all this money, my lights are broken AND my service engine soon light is on!!!!!! I ask for them to call the manager and he does and says I will have to come bk tmrw…….. so I did not take my truck, I went back the next day. The manager calls me and says he has to watch the cameras bc all the work tht needed done no one should have been inder the hood. I told him plz do. He calls me back and pretty much tells me I am lying I brought it there like that, but he will do a goodwill deed and put another battery in for me. I left work went there and they tell me they were instructed to tell me to take my vehicle….. WITH THE STVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT ON, that was not on when it arrived there and now TWO BROKEN HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY’s…….I then ask abt the battery since he said he put another in, and come to find out HE DID NOT!!!!!! They also threw my keys IN THE FRONT SEAT OF MY TRUCK…… with the doors unlocked in the middle of their lot!!!!! I then set outside from 3:45 to almost 6pm waiting for “Skyler” to call me or come there and the employee said he had not responded to him……… This is NOT ok, this is NOT how places should treat customers bc this is definitely how they lose business. I also contacted corporate and am trying to get into contact w someone, I am going to the bbb also. The parts for my vehicle is NOT cheap and they need to take fix what was broken while my vehicle was in their hands. I def WILL NOT let this go!!!!! DONT TAKE UR VEHICLE TO THEM UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO BE MESSED UP OR DONE WRONG!!!!! ZERO STARS FROM ME!!!! And why there wires hanging out of places that weren’t even supposed to be nowhere around in beyond me……. Explain that!!!!

I went up there for a basic oil change. They gave me a free inspection to let me know what’s right, wrong and future repairs I would need for my car. Everything quick and simple. Great service all the way around. I will be back to repair some of the issues with my car . They have them a new loyal customer

They will try to fix your truck but we'll put a dent in your vehicle like they did in mine and I don't understand why it takes so long for you guys to get in contact with me after my car was involved with something that your guys's establishment I wanted to give a good review until I received a dent in my Yukon

I went in on August 26 and did not have a good experience with meineke. Nate at the front counter told me that they would do a diagnostics test and a full inspection on my car after a belt broke causing dash lights that were not on prior to this belt breaking. (Check engine light, battery light) My car also said it was time for an oil change. Note: I also called Nate prior to leaving and let him know that Once at said miles then I would need an oil change. After they took apart my car and sent me link with what was wrong with it. Nate called me and told me what needed to be fixed. I asked if they were going to also change the oil he said yes. He also assured me that my check engine light would not be on after they fixed the belt. When I picked up my car I noticed they did not change the oil and the check engine light is still on. So I followed up with Nate who didn’t help me understand why I still had these issues. The following day when I took my car back up to meineke they wanted to charge me another $70 after I had paid close to $700 the day before. Luckily, it was Nate’s day off and there was a very nice gentleman working today August 27 that helped Me out a lot in understanding everything involving my car. Which I genuinely appreciate him for taking the time to make things clear for me. He ended up changing the oil. He also went as far as printing me out a paper Of the code from the diagnostic test. As well as what each code stood for. I ended up leaving with the check engine light still on…Even though Nate told me it would be fixed. Meineke’s website even says if you check engine light is on don’t ignore it and they ignored it. Which is very upsetting to me that they didn’t do what they said they would. It was a pretty stressful 2 days. I will say I do appreciate the gentleman that helped me today by trying to do what he could to Clean up Nate’s mess and poor customer service. I greatly appreciate him and he is the only reason i left there today much less upset than yesterday. I will not be revisiting a Meineke again after this, unless it is to the one on the east side, where the gentleman that worked with me today is located mainly. Other than when he is helping out madison ave location, like today. Nate needs help navigating his way around the companies computer system to help his customers better. He also could use some help to improve his customer service skills. I understand we all make mistakes and maybe have off days at times but it’s not right to tell someone you will do something for there vehicle not do it. Not to mention, It should’ve been a sign that the people ahead of me were recording their conversation with Nate where he had screwed them over With their vehicle by not fixing their car like he said he would, and they were having to bring it back in a second time.

If you decide to take your car here, be VERY CAREFUL with what you are approving. They will try to upsell you on EVERYTHING. I went in with a leaking wheel cylinder and they came back with a $1000 estimate that basically rebuilt the entire rear end. Upon the SLIGHTEST pushback, they suddenly decided I didn't need 2 brand new drums and dropped it to 600, which tells me they just wanted me to buy more stuff I didn't need. It's a pack of hyenas, make sure you bring someone knowledgeable so you don't get swindled.

My car was acting strange, brakes would be hard to push down and when I would push on the gas the motor would rev up but hardly accelerate. I took it to Mieneke on Madison Ave. BAD CHOICE! I dropped it off and was told my calipers had seized up andI needed a new ABS module, 2sway bars replaced, brakes and rotors replaced and muffler replaced. He told me I couldn’t drive it because my brakes Would lock up. Believing him, I approved the sway bars and the ABS module replacement. I dropped my car off on Thursday evening, was told my part would be in on Monday. I waited for a week and had not heard anything from them so my friend took me up there. I ask about an update on my car and I assume he was a manager a little short guy. He was so aggressive and rude, started yelling and raising his voice at me that he had called me and texted me numerous times and I had ignored them all. I told him that I had not received any phone calls or texts. The only things I had got from them were they emails asking for approval for what they said needed fixed. The man sitting at the other desk, looked up my file and realized that when I came in on Thursday to drop my car off the lady who put my information in, had not changed my phone number. She asked about the phone number that was listed and I told her it was my old phone number and there was another number that was my work phone number , which I told her was no longer valid because I was retired. I gave her my new phone number, but she failed to put it into the system. So at that point, the other guy told me that it would be two weeks because the part had to be ordered and I had to wait until it came. So two weeks and one day later, I called to check on it and someone named Dylan. I believe answered the phone. I told him my problem and he was very nice very kind and apologetic and said he would call the dealership find out what was going on and call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes and told me that the part would be delivered the next day and he was sorry for all of the problems problems that had been having. I told him I was very upset and very frustrated at the lack of communication from them. I felt like they had taken my vehicle hostage. They ended up having my car for like 2 1/2 weeks. I assume they changed the sway bars and the ABS module, but it is still doing the same thing. I just had my brakes and rotors replaced in February so in my head, I could not believe that they needed to be replaced again after I picked my car up from Meinicke. I took it to another place and had my brakes inspected and had them drive my car to check the brakes to make sure everything was fine. They even checked hoses going to the calipers and said my brakes were in perfect condition and looked new, so that was another 11 $1200. They were trying to get out of me. I was charged over $2600 for them changing the ABS module and sway bars and the ABS module probably did not even need to be changed because there’s nothing wrong with my brakes , I will never go back to Meineke ever if you’re smart you’d steer clear too. They are not trustworthy and honest in my opinion and will rip you off.
