I had some sort of test done to my car. While they were completing the test they broke something. When I got a call informing me about the issue with my car they neglected to mention the broken part. When I arrived the next morning to recover my car that’s when I was told about the problem, the part needed to be ordered, and replaced. It was an inconvenience, I ended up needing to use a tow truck to get my car. Instead of a simple apology, they acted as if I was the problem…

I took my car in for an estimate on a side mirror replacement. (SIDE MIRROR!) Next thing I know they are under my hood. They give me the estimate for the side mirror and I drive off. The car didn’t make it 3 block before the check engine light came on and the car cut off. I drove it in with no problem. I’m 100% sure they sabotaged my car. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE. I’ve called corporate and I’m contacting the BBB because this doesn’t make sense. They are scammers

Thanks guys! I was in a pinch with my car overheating while driving on the interstate. The work did take a while but crossing my fingers that my car won't overheat anymore. Definitely saved my engine and prevented any serious damage.

The worst customer service ever. No greeting at all. They didn’t put any information in about my car. They didn’t take a picture of the dip stick. They put all the information about what they want me to spend 3000. By far the worst place wouldn’t recommend going there wouldn’t tell me worst enemy go there

They charged me an extra on my repair quote for 60 dollars to fix a broken wire for my AC. Would not recommend because I paid almost $500 to fix a broken wire. Not competitively priced.

I got my oil changed and serpentine belt replaced /changed here in less than a few hours. The service is fast and efficient and they do “price checks”! I’d highly recommend this place !

Please read this to avoid your car getting damaged They lose me as a customer that always gets oil change there every time I come for an oil change they always showing me the car need something to fix I just come for a oil change just mind your got damn business they trying to make life hard as it is already. Believe it or not if your car don’t have any issues they just remove something so they can tell you something is missing these people are a Jokes they never going to see my face again

Update: Took another car here for brakes. They're always great at getting things in and done quickly with good updates and info. Got an inspection before buying a used car. Great info provided and all questions answered. A few things needed repairs so dropped the car off right after buying it. All repairs done the next day. Great service.

My visit to Meineke was great! My repair was not simple. All staff members were pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. Finished product was awesome and on time. Going back for a tuneup on engine.

So a few months ago I started having issues with my Sonata. Finally got to the shop and Meneike says the only way to fix my car was to get a new engine. I did some digging and made some calls to Hyundai national offices and found out I had a manufacturers drivetrain warranty. After the Hyundai dealership did their diagnostic it turns out I needed a software update, new valve cover gasket and spark plugs. Bill went from $7,000 to $900. Never going back to Meneike again.

We are fairly new to the Indianapolis, West 38th St. Meineke. I’ve been pleased since day one. The mechanic, Chris, that has done a great deal of work for us is very good and competent! I’m pleased with Meineke’s eagerness and availability to help in a very timely manner. I talked a lot yesterdsy with the owner Larry, he is definitely a man of integrity. I communicate with Shane quite often on the phone. He is always courteous.
