Needed to find a good trustworthy automotive maintenance provider close to my residence, since moving to Jacksonville. I usually start by looking at reviews on Google at service providers nearby. This Meineke did not disappoint. Everyone there is very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. You can tell that they care about their work and image. The facility is clean, they do not try to up sell but only make suggestions of items that may need attention or coming up for maintenance. The costs of the services are very affordable and the work is completed in a timely fashion. Also, the convenience of scheduling service online is priceless. Thanks guys for doing such a great job. Will be using your service going forward.

The Meineke team has always been great. They go above and beyond in their service. Specifically Bo and the group at the Beach Blvd location is great. I have used them for years. I will select services they have worked with me on, but they also have referred me to other places they felt would me get job completed and when possible would be priced option.

This is probably the only establishment outside of the dealership that I trust to do maintenance on my vehicle. They have great customer service, really good at communicating, and they work very quickly. I have used them for multiple services from standard oil changes to brakes and tires they have never disappointed me. They will continue to receive my business.

What a pleasant experience! The first thing I noticed was a beautiful waiting area with comfortable chairs and cleanliness. Second, Shawn did a revisit in a part that failed and tried a few more deciding “after Market” doesn’t work. Another appt was set up and the blower motor resistor was installed. To my surprise the manager did not charge me for a faulty part installed three months prior. I won’t hesitate to refer them to anyone I meet that has an issue with their vehicle.
