I am very satisfied with the service I received. Courteous professional staff; excellent communication; no hard sell. Their assistance in restoring this vehicle has been great since the start and we’re confident using them for what’s left to do. I would recommend them to anyone and bring all of our vehicles to them.

Thought the issue was fixed - catalytic converter at over $1,000. Now check engine light back on. How does that sound for a review? I spent over $3,000 to fix car that is not fixed. How does that sound for a review of services provided?

Experience wasn’t awful buuut I brought my own wiper fluid to see if they’d fill it for me if I paid an extra service fee. The guy told me to keep it and that they top off fluids anyways as part of oil changes. Well… they did not, it’s still completely empty, and the wiper fluid I brought exploded in my car shortly after 🤗 so…. That part is my fault for forgetting it in there but super unhappy to still be empty after bringing it up, offering to pay more for the service, AND paying for my own fluid too. I guess check everything before you leave.

I had a great experience with Meineke when my car wouldn’t start one morning. I called them and they had my car picked up and towed for free. They sent me a very detailed review of all the problems and they were super friendly and helpful! I had no pressure sales pitches or anything like that. I was informed of everything as it happened and I made the decision to fix or not fix the problems.. Once the repairs were completed, I picked up my car and was satisfied with the results and the service. I would recommend this center for its friendly customer support and very thorough service!!

This place sucks: 1. They charge more than the dealer! $210 for a diagnosis v. dealer at $180 for an hour. 2. They said 30 minutes for the diagnosis, so they will charge only $105. Then 30 minutes later they called and said it will be one hour because they have to remove the exhaust. They didn't remove the exhaust but charged me for a full hour. And they had the diagnosis ready within 10 - 15 minutes after calling me to get authorization for the full hour. 3. They told me they would credit the diagnostic fee against the repairs. Well, they came up with a long list of things that need repair but would credit the diagnostic fee only against one specific item, stating I brought the vehicle in for that item. I didn't. I did not know what was wrong. They told me what was wrong, and they had a long list, so how did I bring it in for a specific repair? I wanted them to do one repair, which they said caused my issue in the first place, but they wouldn't credit the $210, so I didn't let them do anything and just paid them their fee. 4. They told me they would use a Ford OEM part. Well, the description on their quote stated, "OEM Grade" and exactly matched the description on Autozone's website for an after-market part. 5. They charge a $50 credit card fee and tried to justify it by telling me it's normal practice and even gas stations have a credit card fee. Well, the Ford dealer that already charges less than them does not have a credit card fee. Do these people want business, or do they want to chase customers away? 6. In all fairness to them, they did offer to remove the credit card fee and charge me their cost for the part if I agreed to them doing the work. I declined because they are still more than the dealer (who would use an OEM part!) and at that point I had enough of them anyway and wasn't going to trust them with my car. I have a fleet of rental cars and was hoping to find a trusting mechanic close to home for all my repairs. Well, Meineke is close to my home, but not the trusting mechanic I wanted. I wish them all the best in their business and want them to succeed, but they should really consider changing their approach to customer service and satisfaction.

I bought tires here not to long ago. I pulled in to get my tires refilled with air because they were low. They saw me pull up. I waited for about 10 mins and the owner ignored me and all his workers. Then he comes over and says did you have a question your in the way of this car. The car was on the lift. Anytime I come to a car shop and pull up the employees are always happy to greet me. He was so annoyed that I was waiting in my car. I used to get my tires refilled before he came to the shop with no issues. Now every time since he has been there his excuse is his machines are broken. I will not ever be going back to spend any money here. The owner is rude and you can tell arrogant. Customers are just a number to him. If they were not he wouldn’t have greeted me that way. No hi or how are you or how can I help you. Don’t go here!

Lee and Mark first and foremost are great people!! When I first bought my car I brought it to them to inspect and put a coil over kit on… Since that time two years ago no other mechanic has touched or looked at my guy besides them! Transparency, fair pricing, excellent work and integrity are never compromised! I send everyone to this shop because you get exceptional quality of work, flawless customer service and the team are a group of really knowledgeable and great people! Brought my car in yesterday for a quick fix which Mark easily diagnosed and fixed making my car ready for trade in. Excited for the new projects we will have on the new car and again it won’t be trusted with anyone besides this team!!!

My car broke down and had several issues. Took it to meineke and dealt with Mark. He was AWESOME. He explained the things that needed to be fixed now amd things that could wait. I wish more mechanics were this way instead of not giving options. Mechanic work is very expensive and sometime people can't do everything at once. It was nice to know that Mark was not only honest but educational as well. He even physically showed us where the damage was. LOVE this place and will certainly ONLY bring my car there. Ryan was also Amazing! Thanks so much guys.

I had a certificate for FREE oil change which I won. No limitations stated on certificate on type of oil, Cynthetic or Standard oil. When I presented my certificate, Meineke manager only would accept for partial value. Only equivalent to standard oil prices, and not cyntetic oil which my vehicle required. In addition, I had to pay extra for parts & labor. What a shameful representation & reflection to Meineke. I will never go back to shameful company & practices!!

I had my Turbos replaced on my Ford Truck. First, I didn't realize Meineke did major repairs, but they do. The staff was great - very friendly and knowledgable. Mark made sure he explained every detail of my repair, and he worked closely with my extended warranty company to make sure all covered repairs were covered. I was very impressed...and auto shops rarely impress me.
