My car just had an inspection. After it was done a lot of inspection lights came on. I don't know what they did to my car. I just wanted to change the brake pads. But after they inspected it, my car showed engine parts and engine fluid. The temperature is too high. It feels very bad.

Having car issues for anyone is a headache. This Meineke location was great to work with. Andrew was very transparent with the issue and how to resolve it. Thankfully I was covered through warranty, but the effort of getting there & the continuous updates through the process was appreciated. I will be back to this location for any of my vehicles needs in the future. Thanks guys!

I'm a pretty mechanically handy guy, so I hate taking my vehicles to shops. But I realized that changing the brakes and rotors on my Expedition was gonna be a bit much to do in my driveway. So I called Meineke at around 4:30pm on Friday to check their availability. Remarkably they told me to bring it in and they'd have it done before they closed at 6:00pm. To my amazement, they got it done and sent me on my way before 6:00. Of course it was expensive, but brakes are pretty important (if you want to actually be able to stop), so I feel it was worth it. Kudos to the two guys working there last Friday who knocked it out of the park. Very impressed. And the brakes feel terrific.

I got my brakes replaced at this location and had a great experience. My brakes started generating a scraping sound a few months later, so I went back to get them checked out. The staff was really supportive and took care of me. My brakes no longer scrape, and I will be back for future repairs and maintenance.

My car battery was essentially dead and these guys manage to fit me in for a quick battery change within 20 minutes of me calling them for help. Aaron quoted me a very fair price and I was on my way home within an hour of my phone call. Great job guys! They did offer me some extra services, but there was absolutely no pressure. I will definitely be back and I do trust you with all of my car needs. Thank you!

Excellent Service and Super Fast! I recently took my car to Meineke for a routine oil change, and I was extremely impressed with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They quickly got my car into the bay and had the oil change done in no time. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which I’ve experienced at other places. They did a thorough job and got me back on the road much faster than I expected. If you’re looking for a place that values your time and provides great service, I highly recommend Meineke. I’ll definitely be returning for future car maintenance needs!

Unfortunately, I do not feel assured with the work done on my car here. They had to jump my car after only changing the oil because my car battery died during the service despite it "testing fine" during pre inspection. The battery itself being under 2 years old with no prior issues. When I was handed the keys to my car I was told "it got spooked" and I should look into getting a new battery. But if it's testing fine why would a warranty honor a new battery? My car leaked a lot of oil since this service, another issue that I've never experienced with this car and definitely could have led to worse. Took it back and was met with less than friendly attitudes when describing the issue. Inspection results were never uploaded, I was told to refer to a photo they were going to upload regarding my AC, but none are found on any of the links I was sent. Additionally, while I was waiting, management sent home an employee that was working there and the details of that were discussed in the waiting room with other customers present. I did not feel like I was in a professional environment, or that my car was properly taken care of. I would not recommend this shop.

Exceptional work great timing not a long wait my battery was changed within a hour and my car is running great and they even fixed a light that was on in my dash while they reset my battery. Highly recommended if you want it done right.

I just had the best experience at this Meineke location! I usually go to Jiffy Lube just because I can drive in and wait, but they were too busy to take me today. I started heading home and passed by this Meineke and just drove in and decided to get the service here. Andrew was super friendly from the very beginning as soon as I walked in the door. He heard what I needed to have done and was very upfront and open about every single cost. They also do an inspection on your car and will send you an estimate of recommended maintenance along with pictures to prove what they found in the inspection. That is next level and brilliant! I am so grateful that Jiffy Lube was unable to take me and that I found this Meineke location because I will be coming here from here on out! Additionally, he provided me with knowledge about cars that I am super grateful for. I was the last customer of the day, so he was able to chat with me a bit. Thank you so much to Andrew and the last Tech that worked on Saturday evening. I'm so grateful!

Still grateful because I got my car back after 4 long weeks and with a nail in the tire smh. My only concerns was regarding the lack of response to my recent emails and the unmet time frames for my part delivery. I have had to follow up multiple times by phone to get updates, which has caused significant delays.the link to their website never did update at anytime and stayed in diagnostic testing. These are issues that would make the customer experience a little different in review.

They changed me 9 dollars for shop use. Charge me tax twice. Added credit card charges when I paid with cash. Did not save me 20 dollars on my coupon. Just up the bill than took off 20 dollars. Won't use them again.

Andrew my service advisor was a great help, I came in expecting to be spending a lot of money for my breaks, but it turns out that the problem is my break sensor, and they have it readily available too. I was out the door in no time, I would definitely be back for any problems I have for my car thank you very much.

One of the best Chain Locations I have been to in Vegas. Came in for a basic Maintenance Service & needed a Major Component replacement. Not only was this unexpected, but the part was available and changed Same Day. I will Recommend this location to anyone looking for a Repair Shop.
