Terrible Service, As long as Eddie is there I will never come back to this location. Extremely unprofessional, I have an extended warranty and still had to pay for an oil change. I will not be back to this location.

These people are crooks. They will defraud not only your warranty company but you as well. Promise you a 50-60k mile engine and then charge you $3500 for (88)90-100k motor. Now I'm stuck with a motor that runs like crap. The engine came damage and I was charged to repair that damage. Honestly and integrity is no where to be found at Meineke. They are NOT to be trusted with your keys.

Be Very Cautious of this location. I went in to have my breaks done, my car has 37000 miles on it. the technician came in and told the person working the front desk that I needed everything done to my breaks. the technician was then told to take my wheels off for a more detailed inspection. I was then told I was in luck that they could save my rotors but that it would cost just over $1000.00 to have that done, they also advised that I should replace my break fluid, and stated that my rotors needed to be resurfaced. I declined the service at this time. I told them to put my car back together. the tech came back to me and said their district manager took at look at my ticket and said they could do the work for about $600.00. about this time I was making a phone call and noticed a screw in one of my tires, I asked the tech to verify if there was a screw in my tire and he stated there was but that I would have to replace the tire. Fortunately I had a warranty on the tire and I advised him of that and I stated that I would not have any work done at this time. when I took my car to the tire shop to get my tire fixed they confirmed that the tire could not be patched. I explained to them how I discovered the screw and told them I was going to get my breaks replaced. this tire shop also does breaks and they said let us take a look at them. The tire shop took all 4 tires off my car and the break pads off the right front of my car, they showed my how much break pad I had left which was about 60% left and they showed me my rotors which had no damage whatsoever, there were no grooves in my rotors and they looked almost new with the exception of some wear on them. with all of this being said Meineke tried to take full advantage of me for absolutely no reason other than to pad their profits. I am not sure if this is the same at all Meineke locations, but I can assure you that the Maryland park location in Las Vegas is definitely trying to take advantage of customers. the technician that inspected my car was Martin M. and the service advisor was Keegan Little. please use caution anytime you walk into this location.

Trying to up sale me on stuff I didn't need. Whatever happened to just being honest to people. Sad because I was gonna give a shout out to my channel with millions of listeners worldwide, local. . $1700 for a full break job. Said my back breaks are cracked which wasnt. Scorch marks on rotors which only needed to be Resurfaced. I believed them I couldn't afford to do $1700. So I decided to do it myself which is fine. I spent $320 on stuff I didn't need. Only needed to do the front Pads and resurfaced rotors. But no since they said everything was bad I did all rotors all break pads. I feel bad for the people who get upsaled. Being Genuine and honest pays off in the long run and you get trust from your customers and have a great time. This wasn't the case. Sucks because I wanted to go back to get other work done. But just gonna have to find some place else hopefully that place is honest and I can give a shout out.

Zero stars!!! I came back to this location after some time, because the manager, Robyn, was there. She gained my trust and always made me feel welcomed, and she knew what she was talking about when it came to cars. But unfortunately I won’t be returning, because of the unprofessionalism being displayed at the front counter, by supposedly the district manager. Thomas (bald white guy with tattoo sleeves) was rude, argumentative, didn’t even go out and look at my car before trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t even need. He interrupted and undermined everything I tried to say, and was very condescending. Definitely gave the impression it was a woman thing, and I wouldn’t know anything going on with my own car. Also, discussing personal matters of an ongoing investigation of a previous employee, in customer earshot, is downright disgusting. I’ll be waiting to find out where Robyn ends up, and just taking my cars to her, never back to Thomas or meineke. I’ll go back to Freddie at sun ridge until Robyn gets settled in her new place.

they freaking get a big fat zero scam artist. if you ask me, they need to be shut down . screwing people out of money . i will never trust any meinke. the distruct manager thomas is the worst of them all. changing his prices every single phone call making up excusues to why my car is not ready. it's been in there for 7 days then went to pick it up because they called and said it was ready had to wait another hour. this location on maryland parkway needs to be shut down and fire your district manager asap or you going to lose your business. it's funny because as im waiting the whole lobby was full of customers and they said the exact same thing. if i have problems with the car after the issue, they fixed lets just say lawsuit. no stars for me but unfortunately in order to get the review i guess i have to put something. 0 michelle z

Let me start off by saying Robyn was a big help in keeping my costs down and explaining all the details of what was being taken of. My biggest thanks goes to Synchrony bank for financing my repairs. I believe I found my auto repair shop.

First off, Robyn is great. Her customer service is the only reason why they got any kind of star rating. I broke down while on vacation, called this place and they were able to take the car right away. I went to pick it up the next day, since I was told it was ready... But it was not. They hadn't even started working on it. The day after I picked up my car we were headed home... 45 minutes out of town my car completely shuts down on the side of the freeway. I hadn't even had the chance to drive it for long before it broke down again. Something isn't right...

I brought my car in to have a bunch of suspension work done but I also had a budget. Robin, the manager, was really great. She was able to get all my major suspension work that needed to be done and keep me just under my budget by doing a little help with the parts cost, which really saved the day. The mechanics I met were all professional and very nice, and most important I felt they were very knowledgeable. The overall experience couldn't have been better I'll be bringing my car back for future work to this meineke and I want to say thank you to Robin and the team for a great job!!
