Buddah & Bryan were great! Went in to get air in my tires, and they were super nice about it but when I pulled it in, they showed me how dangerous it was for me to continue driving and boy were they right. My dad and brother have always worked on my cars and when I showed my dad what my tires looked like, he told me exactly what Buddah said. I knew I was in the right hands. Then Bryan was very helpful telling me about my options. Honestly, I hope they get a raise because beyond their customer service, their knowledge was on point and I felt very comfortable around them! Thank you guys! You made a scary experience not as scary. Appreciate you!

Denny one of the managers was FANTASTIC! He did a really nice job of explaining every step of the way as I had to bring in a rental car from HERTZ to be serviced for brakes. He was able to get me processed very quickly and out the door.

My name is Barbara, I'm 87 years young.. My car would not start I brought it in and the gentleman & manger gave me the upmost customer service and gave me a ride home while my car was being serviced Mark also was honest about the price and what really needed to be done and that means a lot to me being that I'm on a fixed income.. I cried because of their customer service and kindness towards me!!

Called Saturday to set an appointment for my Mini and was quoted $89 + tax. Went in for my appointment Monday and was told they don't carry my oil and they needed to order it which brought my bill to $235. I went ahead with it only because it needed done and I didn't have time to take it somewhere else. Charged $126 for $40 oil(Mobil 1 ESP Full Synthetic Engine Oil 5W-30) and they didn't even reset my service light, I had to search up how to myself and do it in the parking lot. With fees and everything upon calling ahead and putting an appointment which should mean, "hey i'm going to need this oil, let's get it with the next oil run we do." I should have only been charged $160 max(giving $20 upcharge on oil). Keep your Mini's/BMW/Other European cars that use specific oil away from this shop.

Making an appointment through the website was an easy process. When I arrived to the office, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Mark! I had the pleasure to get to know Mark at another location and I am glad to have made my appointment at Craig and Tenaya. Mark greeted me like an old friend. He was prompt in apprising me with updates, made recommendations to repair my truck, and found ways to keep the price reasonable. His mechanic, Buddah, is very skilled. My truck was returned on the same day. I highly recommend this Meineke!

Manager Mark and the crew were great. I felt they were honest and upfront with the repairs I needed. Too many auto repair shops are vague and sketchy. I will come back to this shop.

Never had a bad experience - they inspect, recommend repairs but don’t push them on you, and then let you choose what you wanna do - only bad thing I can say is they are busy quite often

Two other shops were not able to fix our car ac. It would work for a short time then stop. Meineke has done our oil changes so we ask them about the ac. They were able to replace the needed parts so all were compatible with each other. Ran like new. Then it stopped again. Still under warranty they found the wire harnesses was cracked and wires to the ac was broken. They replaced it and the ac runs great. They have a great team there.

I am new in town and have been looking for a reliable knowledgeable mechanic. My appointment at Meineke for a tuneup on my 2018 Explorer platinum was scheduled for Thursday but I was told it was Wednesday so I showed up at 8:00 AM on Wednesday. Michael was kind enough to squeeze me in, he looked up the information on my vehicle and informed me of what service it was due for. Michael’s diligence was efficient. The work was completed in 4 hours and I am very happy with the results. In the past few years I’ve had bad customer service experience. Businesses do not have staff that have pride in their work. Yesterday I found what will be my future mechanic thanks to Michael at the Meineke at W. Craig. I’ll be coming back.

Overall, I think this location is excellent. It’s hard to find honest and truthful mechanics and I think they are just that. I don’t think they try and push unecessary things on you an I have always been treated with respect and honesty here. I recommend this place

I called the Meineke located at 7131 W Craig Road and spoke to Mark the manager regarding recharging my vehicle Air conditioner. He was very attentive and friendly and scheduled me a same day appointment to bring my 2014 BMW 750i in for a vehicle inspection. Once the inspection was complete, Mark was very honest with the ending results of the vehicle inspection. I was quoted a reasonable price to recharge my A/C which was slightly over $200. I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend this location to everyone seeking a trustworthy technician to work on their vehicle. Thanks to Mark, I’m back driving with the ac blowing cold air keeping me cool. Summers here in las Vegas can be brutal. Mark you rock!

Price not as quoted! Was supposed to be less diagnostic fees and two pounds of freon included. Charged anyway! Not the right thing to do!

I was assisted by Bea and Mark. Both were courteous, informative and polite. This location worked quickly and took care of me very well. The inspection was thorough and the list of items in need of attention and repair were accompanied by clear photos. They were not pushy or condescending and communicated clearly and easily. I wasn’t pressured to spend what I could not afford. It was my first time there but I’ll be returning in the future because of how I was treated and quality of the work. I am happy to share a positive experience.
