Both the shop supervisor and his Lead Mechanic did their upmost best to resolved the existing “spongy brake operation” of my 2011 Honda CRZ. They took time to study the issue and included me in the loop on plan of actions needed until the brakes issue resolved.

I was able to walk in and get an oil change. They were pretty fast. Checked on a miscellaneous item for me. I think they missed putting air in my tires.

This place is awesome! If you’re a fan of bait and switch. I don’t respect that much so I’m gonna stay clear of them. Gave me a price of $210 for brake pads and I get to BYOP. I show up and it’s magically $500. To top it off, the manager Greg goes, “oh what did you think that was for? Both axles?” I’m like no sir, I didn’t “thought” that, I called you and confirmed it over the phone when I was making the appointment. You already knew which car you were gonna work on, we had spoke already.

This was my first time at Meineke...and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not try to upsell me (like other places do). I went in for an oil change and I got an oil change. Now they did make suggestions for future repairs but no pressure to get them done right then. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be back for other services.

Very professional. Great customer service. They really took the time to listen to what I was telling them. I would highly encourage anyone to go to this Meineke on South Fort Apache. I hope the company pays them well because its their exceptional customer service and work ethic that will bring me back and many others; they are the face that Meineke should be proud of to have representing the company.

Called for a last minute AC failing and got me right in to inspect. Got it fixed within a couple hours and even went through the rest of my car to see what might need done. Only told me about the stuff I already knew about so I knew they weren’t trying to buckle and dime me with extra repairs that weren’t needed. Super nice and honest. Will be returning for all my services now.

Every time I got a photo evaluation of my car showing what was checked. This trip I got nothing but the invoice. Not the Meineke of past visits. I could have gone to a cheaper place. Such a shame

It's never fun to take the car in because it often costs an arm and a leg to get the work done, but they made it as painless as possible. The store manager was very courteous and the App to decline or approve the services is very informative and easy to use.

Amazing service! I called them 5 minutes before i brought my car in to get serviced, they were super polite and helpful. Gave me a good deal and I had my car back within 3 hours. Would definitely recommend!

Calling and making an appointment was a snap, The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and personable. The team had the oil change completed in 30 minutes and the manager offered a $20 off coupon that was online as a lovely surprise while I was checking out! Five star customer service recommend!

I had my oil change with my 2022 hybrid sonata. They didnt have my filter and i wqs windering if they put the wrong engine oil too because it sounded louder than usual. I guess first and last time ill go here
