Be aware they seem friendly but there definitely 100 percent crooks & overcharging customers for jobs that take 1 to 2 hour will be stretched to 4 to 5 hours for there extra pay. If you google the parts you need replaced on your vehicle and see how non expensive the parts are and ask them why are they charging so much and they will say labor 😂 my advice stop working hard to be cheated from a labor price I was told 3k to fix my car asked why so much if parts so cheap they replied with the most untrustworthy answer labor 😂 went to a shop by strip had same problem fixed for 350$ something is majorly wrong here can't speak for the entire company only for this rome location 😢😭 they know how important people getting to work is and needing there vehicle so them overcharging they know 65 to 75 percent will not investigate what there told from them. and just go ahead and pay to fix there car 😢

Been using this location a few times now rather than the Chevy Dealership. Team Chevrolet charged me a little over $500 for 1 engine coil and got truck back 1.5 days later. These guys had my truck back in 4 hrs with 8 new engine coils. No up selling, no, we recommend you installing a new engine and end differential along with a $300 cabin air filter. Good guys at this location.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. This Centennial Hills Meineke shop will be my go-to car repair place from now on. Professional and friendly staff with very fair pricing. The Front Desk guy actually took a flashlight and showed me what needed replacing and explained why. How's that for transparency! Oh, and there's a great coffee shop right next door, so that's a plus, although there is a lounge in the shop with a TV. I'll be recommending them to friends. Thanks, guys, for a great job. My car runs awesome now.

My old Ford Explorer with nearly 500,000 miles on it was fixed. They went into the dash which took a lot of time for them and they repaired all the fuses plus all the lights in the dash. They did an excellent job everything works and I don't have a draw down on the battery no more. I've been in this town since 1960, and would speak superlatively of this Meineke shop.

Took the car in for a brake job, Meineke said they replaced all 4 rotors, sets of pads, and shoes, and charged me $800. Kia dealer replaces a warped ORIGINAL FACTORY rotor and tells me all 4 rotors are still original factory rotors - that Meineke didn't replace ANY of the rotors. So why did Meineke tell me they replaced all 4 rotors, charged me $800 for replacements, and provided me with a receipt that said they replaced all 4 rotors - which the Kia dealer confirmed did NOT actually happen?? And don't worry about posting one of those sorry you're disappointed how can we help comments - you can help by preforming the services ppl pay for and not pretending to do services - then charging for things that weren't actually done on the vehicle, what Meineke did is called scamming customers.

We took our suv in for an air conditioning repair , they were able to fix the same day and so far so good. Gentleman in office where polite and very good with communicating their estimate and repair process, will be using them again for future service.

I took my car to Meineke last week. I needed to have the brakes changed and new everything . This is the second time I’ve taken my vehicle there and each time I cannot tell you how wonderful the customer service was not to mention how fast they worked on my car got it done and it was done right. I’ve had no problems with it and I’m so happy with all of the work; everybody there is so helpful and wonderful and they explained everything that needs to be done. I will continue to take my vehicle there for any issues. Thank you so much Tony for your expertise and explaining everything and BJ, I appreciate your wonderfulness and helping me get the brakes taken care of for my son‘s vehicle. 🚗

Purchased a battery from Meineke July 24th of last year(which started losing voltage September of this year)When taking it in for its warranty, it was noticed that the wrong battery for the vehicle was the replacement. Other than that situation???, all's fine now!!!

Excellent service. We had a 2018 jeep renegade latitude in for an oil change. They were really fast and alot cheaper then any place ive been to. $70 full synthetic compared to $120 usually at other places.

I had never been here before. I usually took my Buick Enclave to Jerry Seiner Buick GMC. Well after a couple horrible service experiences with them I decided to give them a try. I had dropped my car off at 0700 on Friday in the morning at the dealership and I had not received any phone call and couldn’t get a call back for a day and a half from them. When I finally did get in touch with someone they hadn’t even looked at my car yet and said it would be at least Monday when they got a chance. I went and picked up my car and drove it straight to Meineke. Drop off was fast and courteous. I got home and it was maybe 45 minutes when I received a phone call with a full explanation of my cars diagnostics and a quote. They told me 2 to 2 1/2 hours and I could pick it up. THAT is what you call great service. Thank you Meineke!
