Jonathan and Charles went above and beyond to help my daughters. Jonathan was great at explaining everything to them and giving them advice about the car. Charles is very knowledgable about the car and helped immensely as well! I love that they did not take advantage of two young girls in trouble. They definitely got new customers with us! This location and staff are very trustworthy!

Brought an older vehicle in with lots of problems. These guys fixed everything and stuck to the original quote I was given even though it took them longer and they had to use a few spare parts they had laying around instead of charging me for brand new ones.

The Meineke Car Care Center on Saint Rose and Bermuda is the place to take your car. John and his team are stellar… Amazing customer service and the communication is fantastic. They are honest and very efficient. I would highly recommend them for any service on your car. You get what you pay for and customer service is a big part for me. The owner of the Shop helped me get the best deal possible when I came in to get my rotors and Brakes replaced. The job took a couple hours and now my car feels so much better! Definitely Will be coming back from my next service

The worst possible experience my husband and I have ever had. We were happy customers until a change in manager. My husband took his truck in for repairs because that's what the manager said the truck needed. We used their finance company, big job,and then left the truck to get worked on. After having it all day they called and said that we could come get it, but to bring it back the next day because they hadn't finished everything. My husband took it back and finally at the end of the second day they said some parts still had to be worked on, but they were still waiting because they had to order them. Finally parts came in,they put them on and we were then told by the manager to take truck to discount tires so they can finish the work because meineke equipment wasn't working. We took it there and come to find out that meineke put on the wrong parts on our truck that were for a car. After lots of back and forth we finally got the truck back, with the "right parts " on it. The manager was so rude and condescending and said everything was correct when we asked him why there was so much issue with this part. We took it back to discount tires because the "check engine "light came on again, come to find out the wrong parts were on our truck AGAIN!!! Never go to this location, the work is horrible and the manager is worse!!!!

Want to share my feedback/experience with my recent visit to Meineke to get my tire changed. I went in this weekend with a slow leak in my front tire and the team quickly came out to assess the damage. They quickly identified I had a decent sized puncture in my sidewall. They were able to switch my tire old tire out, balance the new wheel and mount super quick. Btw I didn’t have a appt and they were super busy and they still squeezed me in and got it done quick. A very BIG shout out to store managers Jonathan and Paul for making the process super smooth and taking care of me. Also a shout out to Cam who did the work. I have oversized Mercedes rims and they are a pain in the ass to swap so thanks bro! I recommend this location to everyone. They are rock solid guys.
